Revelator is at a cheap price if you like fighting games, as is SFV.
Overwatch, r6 siege, the division are all at good prices, the best they'll be till christmas for sure. Mad max is $8. It's not a great game but definitely worth $8, the combat is fun, the story is solid.
$25 is also a good price for witcher 3 if you were looking at that.

If you had to pick 1 game, i'd say go for witcher 3. Most bang for your buck.

10 bucks actually seems like a pretty fair price for it. I don't know how lively it is now that some expansions are out but I paid about $15 renting it from redbox at launch and it was great. Plotwise it's rather silly since you're part of a faction that wants to take over NYC so you kill members of other factions for looting... then loot the places they were looting. But it's cool because you're you.
Gameplay wise it's 3rd person cover based shooting, with RPG mechanics. So Headshot != Headshot, it's a crit, which doesn't mean a kill.
All in all it's fine, just grindy and the endgame content is sparse. Sparser than Destiny's was or is depending on if you're still playing it.
