I fucked up /vg/. I fucked up. I bought a 64gb SD card and took my 4gb SD out of my 3DS. I transferred all the data from the old one to the new one on my laptop.

My O3DSXL won't turn on whatsoever. I had it hacked on 9.2 with Luma3ds, had no issues previously. When I press the power button the blue power light flashes for a brief moment then goes dark. The orange charging light works fine.

Any solution or is it bricked for good? I have no idea what I did wrong but it just won't turn on.

O3DS 10.6. Was following the Plialect guide. Setup browserhax so I could boot homebrew launcher by holding down.

Guide then warns I should probably system format, so I do that and need to reinstall homebrew launcher again, which worked.

So then I (seemingly, no errors and went smoothly) downgraded from 10.6 to 9.2. Everything is fine except holding down doesn't bring up homebrew anymore.

So I go to install it again, and it seemed to install, except now when I hold down it tries to boot and then crashes and goes to my 3ds menu and says there was an error.

What does a bricked 3DS entail for those of you that've bricked one before? Does the power indicator come on or does it not respond at all? Mine shows the power indicator turn blue for about a second before going dark. It's fully charged.

Have somewhat long question, hope someone is willing to help.

I played through most of SMT IV on a downloaded .cia in my 3DS emunand early this year. My emunand stopped working for some reason so I completely reset my 3DS and installed the current LumaCFW. Thankfully I have backups of my save files, but I cannot figure out how to apply them to my game now. Does anyone have any idea how to do this or if it's even possible at all? They are .sav files if that helps.

I just want to finish the game.

So here's the thing /hbg/:

I have an o3DS with 2 SD cards 1 with rxTools 2.5 the one with I got into CFW and another with luma, I have some games in the one with rxTools especifically the one I want to do a backup is Persona Q undub, I have too much shit on that game to let it lose, I want to transfer all the save files with JK form the games on the rxTools to the one with luma on, I works for every game I had except for Persona Q, I know I could easily do it with Hombrew launcher's save manager but I read somewhere that rxTools 2.5 isn't compatible with Hombrew.

Is there any way I can get out the savefile from rxTools?

I've got a question regarding using LocalFriendCodeSeed_B to unban yourself.

My N3DS has the online game ban (0102) but does NOT have the eshop/miiverse (0122) ban as I never had an NNID linked to my console. Right now I'm using RedNAND with the latest version of Luma on 11.2 but do not have A9LH.

From what I understand, you can still do the unban process on redNAND as follows:

- Go into emunand_ctrnand in Godmode9
- Delete movable.sed and localfriendcodeseed_b
- Replace both of those files with the ones from the unbanned console
- Also delete my friendcode data in that one folder in emunand ctrnand

As I understand it, I don't need to fuck with the SecureInfo_A file (which would brick me) because I am not trying to bypass the eshop/miiverse ban. I also only need to copy these to emunand and not fuck around with sysnand.

Am I correct here, or do I need A9LH first?

Updating Luma didn't do much, in the end the solution was simply let the Friends List slowly unfuck itself, and after about 3 minutes it was working again.

I bought the physical cartridge for Pokemon Moon intending to transfer my save, and so after backing up the file I deleted both the leaked Moon and its ticket. Now when I attempt to load the game from the cartridge it crashes with a "Game Card was removed" error before even getting to the Nintendo 3DS splash screen.

The cartridge works on both a clean n3ds and my other al9h o3ds, and other game cartridges are still working in this 3ds, so it's not a physical problem on either end. I clearly fucked up something along the way but I'm not sure what, and I can't find anyone else online with this predicament either. Anyone know something I don't?
