How do you secure wins in brawls? Phalanx is literally a matter of applying Turpentine on your weapon and wailing on him for a while or you can throw firebombs at him for ez cheese.

Taurus Demon can be visceral'd for half of his health from the tower in Undead Burg and Dragon Dildo Rider can be fooled to kill himself.

Vordt isn't hard but he's significantly more challenging than any one of those others.

Hollow luck with carthus is still better over all, since it doesnt lower your ar as much so you'll still be doing good damage in between the procs, also you can't use carthus on bleeding infusion weaps so you end up doing bleed slower and thus lose your burst damage from rapid bleed procs, which is the entire point of a bleed focused build.

What's some essential rings/equipment for a faith/str build?
Putting together one now but I feel like I'm missing some items that would compliment this well.

Also is there some sort of weapon that's especially good with high faith, high strength and low dex? So far I've been using various greathammers and UGS and they all seem lacking, even just in PvE. I've kind of been avoiding greataxes cause I want to save those for a pure strength build when I make my next character.

that's what they did with literally every other weapon in the game. So now, literally nothing but quality builds are viable on 90% of weapons in the game. Is Nameless King the hardest base game boss? I've died to certain bosses a lot before like Manus or Ludwig or Orphan or Fume Knight but all of them were DLC. Why did they decide to make this fucker so hard?

There are ways to "cheese" him if you're really struggling. Just keep your distance from him and bait his attack where he jumps up and does his charging dash. Once he jumps up, start running forward and you'll end up behind him. You can usually get a couple of hits in during that time. And then rinse and repeat.

It's how I beat him. I tried the approach of staying near him and rolling through all his attacks but the fucker punishes the hell out of even one tiny mistake since he was able to almost two-shot me even with 40 VIG. Add in the fact that he has an annoying ass delay to all his attacks which can make it easier to make mistakes some times.

As I said, I don't watch "high level" players, I only did that one tournament because all of /dsg/ was, and he was fucking awful. When I do watch souls gameplay, I pick people that are both good and interesting, of which he's neither, even if he's not an infinite backpedalling turtle.

Iirc you need quite a bit of faith so that blue flask consumed in heals would be more beneficial than just an orange flask. If you REALLY need the heal, you can get a pretty decent one by using the skill of any chime for next to no investment. If it's your first run I strongly recommend you go pure physical, it's much more straightforward
