It's now a tier list again. After people were SO BUTTHURT about their favorite frames getting shit grades, I'd designed a tier list where it's IMPOSSIBLE for anyone who knows what they're doing to be butthurt.

EVERYTHING IS MOSTLY GRADED ON SORTIE POTENTIAL. This means that some frames lower on the list can still have other uses.

There are only 3 tiers:
>Great tier: frames who have excellent cc/utility. If you don't have cc/utility, you can't be in this tier.
>Good tier: everything else
>Bad tier: shit frames. If you think a frame here is good, you're not allowed to post on /wfg/. The ONLY possible exception is Titania.

In addition, the "return" of endless has had a few effects on the grade system. Ivara and Banshee are slightly better now. But since so few people do long endless runs, the tier list does not value the ability to go 2h+ very highly.

My headcanon about that (and yes, I 100% realize I'm delusional, it's not really like that and DE simply never thought this problem through but hey, let me have my delusions) is that the reason you're receiving quests in the inbox basically like modcards is because the quests already happened but there was something in the frame of that one person who really went through those events that recorded it and now you're getting a perfect immersive recording of it, basically like animus in assassin's creed or more simply holodeck.
It generates the whole scenario for you to play through (like a tactical report so you know what happened, except the tactical report is so perfect that you get to explore all its possibilities yourself) and the foundry synthesizes the rewards afterwards.

Not everything is made out of paper or is too damage spongy. It was a nice balance and you had to look for cover, watch out for ammo, mods were more rare and more satisfying to find and it was just more simple and fun.

I'm gonna get labeled a troll for this but I'd want the following:
First off, completely rework enemy health, damage and armor scaling to be MUCH more linear. Then rebalance the star map so enemies are level 1-70 on it. Sorties are level 80, 90, 100. Those last 30 levels can be a bit more exponential.

With the reworked scaling remove all damage mods. Serration/Hornet strike get integrated into the weapon itself but not at full potential. The first time you level a weapon to 30 it doesn't reach its max damage, since enemy scaling is more linear you CAN take it further but its not ideal. To increase weapon damage you have to invest forma. Every time you forma the weapon gets more max damage up to a limit (3, maybe 5). At that stage it would deal enough damage to deal with the entire starmap. I suggest this because it enables new jewing opportunities for DE.
Elemental mods only add elemental effects, not status chance or elemental damage. Ranking them up increases the effect of a proc, not the likelihood of it occuring. Make procs do more interesting and useful things though, like killing an enemy with a max rank fire elemental mod makes him explode and set other enemies on fire and so on. Base status chance of weapons would have to be rebalanced to account for that.

This also means you can't just add elemental damage to any weapon you like so resistances and weaknesses would have to be rebalanced as well. This makes pure elemental weapons more interesting though.

Multishot does not produce extra shots with full damage but instead splits up your 1 shot into smaller ones that do the same damage combined.

Certain utility mods would also become kinda mandatory but I'm more ok with than what we have now since that would be much more weapon specific.

Man the -flight speed really neuters the Zarr. Grenades have worse range than Tonkor grenades and the shotgun blast only hits units within melee range of you. Such a shame since the rest of the stats are so OP. Really considering rerolling
