Honestly as bullshit as the Halloween event was, at least since it was its own thing it was able to tell a story without being forced to do movie shit. I assume they'll do an actual Christmas event before Monsters Unleashed and hopefully it is more like Halloween than this one.

That's probably the worst part about event storylines. Almost impossible to experience them all.

I think this event has been somewhat forgiving in the free parts though. Costume stories don't have long actions and I'm mostly just low on currency to upgrade them rather than mats, at least once we get to the second week of release for the free ones. We'll probably get screwed on Wong though.

Interesting, they put a limited time marker on the story quest to beat Kaecilius 7 times. I guess there isn't a timer for the end fo the episode anywhere else?

Also it ends Wednesday and not Thursday, probably so they don't have to work on Thanksgiving (inb4 gamebreaking glitch)

Premium challenge is bullshit anyway. Reddit's spreadsheet says it's 130 bottles to max out a single stat. So getting one character to max on both takes over 21 days of constant manufacturing. It's simply not possible to do the challenge straight up even if you shard through the streaks and end up with enough bottles. You'd have to also shard their production or just straight shard the stats (probably cheaper?). They'd need the final boss to start dropping them or maybe a second premium crate with like at least 300 total bottles to make it reasonable. Only the cuckest of cucks, like the Mary Jane person, would bother unless the prize in itself is like 10,000 shards. And I'm honestly not even sure if that much would cover the costs and have you break even on it anyway.

It looks like TinyCo's family guy game is once again "unhackable" Its been a year since we actually had anyone providing hacked apks like our kind hack anon. So this whole time the only way to get stuff is to go to reddit or some other site, and provide them with the long code that shows up on your loading screen and they had some hack that let them inject premium currency into your game. Well after the Halloween event and the big mess TinyCo caused with its bad programming and soft bans they've changed everyone's unique ids and the injection hacks no longer work. Its been two weeks now and reddit still hasn't found a way around whatever they changed yet.

That shouldn't effect our hack in anyway but it does show that TinyCo is actively trying to shut down hacking finally.

Use the buy option, it's free even though it's not labelled as such. Somehow in setting crafting to instant, I also set premium costs of shit to free. So you can just tap the skip button on missions and you get the rewards, without having to individually go through every character.

While on the topic of the hack, I've got good news and bad news regarding old items and characters. Not really, because they've also set it to re-download everything whenever you load the game. I tested it with the Gamma data files, since those hadn't been "encrypted", and were still in the game, but it caused a crash at start up since it was trying to download data already in the game.

Whether they intended this when they originally locked us out of the local data, who knows. But I suspect it's a complete accident since they made it clear all they wanted was people to stop leaking characters.

Justin Hammer is a surprisingly good villain in this, the Squadron Supreme arc was great, and the Ms. Marvel episode was interesting because she was both a Mary Sue in almost every way but also so unpleasant even Captain America couldn't stand her.
