At any rate black box with no shotgun is subpar if either team has a decent medic, your damage output comes up short compared to other soldiers.
And if we're theorycrafting yesterdays set bonuses with todays unlocks, then 125% movespeed pyros with reserve shooter and 225 hp scout with pocket medic that can match his movespeed gives me pause. Milk is still fantastic in organized settings as well.

You haven't even referenced medieval medic, which would be mandatory if it still existed.

On your own, you can expect to do about 240+ dps to a level 3 sentry gun at a medium range

The level 3 can do about 128 dps to you

Even if the engineer is hitting that thing as hard as possible then you are going to come out on top even without a medic.

Hi. I posted this Sonic Heroes TF2 crossover fan list yesterday. I've improved it since then.

Scout, Heavy and Medic make up Team Sonic. Scout moves fast like Sonic. Heavy's great strength makes him a match for Knuckles. Much like Tails, Medic likes to support his friends.

"Awh, that freakin' egghead tricked us!" - Scout when he falls for one of Eggman's traps
"Keep hiding inside robot, coward!" - Heavy when he sees Eggman
"<maniacal laughter> The best medicine!" - Medic after killing many of Eggman's robots

Sniper, Spy and Engineer would make up Team Chaotix. If you underestimate either of these odd bunches, you'll end up on the floor before you can reconsider. Spy uses stealth tactics like Espio. Sniper is like Vector, he's mellow and reliable. Engineer is Charmy, people wave him away as useless, only to get stung.
"Blood, I can clean out of my suit, but this?" - Spy in swamp levels
"Take a picture of ya head Eggman! It'll last longer than the actual one." - Sniper at first boss fight
"I'm no expert, but this thing might fly!... Actually, I am an expert. It can fly." - Engineer at the flower in Frog Forest

Demoman, Soldier and Pyro would be Team Dark. They are all destructive classes, who inflict grievous damage on anyone who gets in their way. Soldier is like Shadow because he moves quickly, and can destroy enemies in the blink of an eye. Demoman is like E-123 Omega, he views his enemies as obstacles instead of actual people. He kills them without forethought or remorse, fueled by his consumption of alcohol. Pyro is like Rouge (NOT because he's a girl) because he's a specialist, who prefers to use other techniques than fighting people upfront.

Croc sniper set has always been mediocre, like the huntman before it, it was fun for goofing around with but you put it away when you wanted to try to win. Quickscopes>Jarate, and that's before taking into account that you have your quickscopes and regular jarate too.
Any decent rifle sniper will simply double tap a croc sniper before he can get charge in time, and you don't need danger shield to do this.

Heavy can easily take down a sentry nest that's being some trouble as long as A. the engineer is alone or B. his team can fend off any other enemy gamers.

Its a lot easier any time the sentry is being a corner because often Heavy can shoot the sentry before it can see him if its close enough.

If its in the open then the Heavy can out damage the engineers repair speed with Stock out of range of the sentry but it takes 150 of the Heavys ammo pool if he is wrenching that gun as fast as possible

Half heavy main here. I used to play as him regulary but now i picking him only if i really want to win. It's most powerful braindead class in the game so far. Litterally any f2p can get pocket medic and stomp everything. Then i playing him im feeling like i wasting my time because i learn nothing. All you need to be unstoppable is little tracking skills and 50hrs gamesence.
Shooting ground and feets takes more skill than ebin pressing m1. I'll stick to the soldier.

Demo is a pocket class like Heavy. Actually Demoman is supposed to be a counter to Heavy pockets, sure you can play him as a lonewolf but his damage output will be in slow bursts instead of quick topple up.

I'd suggest Soldier or Spy. Sentries won't slow them down at all and they're not dependent on the team as long as they have map knowledge about healthkit and ammo pack spawns. Other choices in my mind are Sniper, Scout and Demoknight, as they don't deal with sentries at all.

I'm sick of people crying out "wm1 noob", "pyro noob" or "ez class" when I kill them with my PRIMARY weapon. I'm sick of people trying to kick me for GRIEFING because I kill them with a flamethrowercentric playstyle. Learn to deal with those then, bro.
Airblast them to a corner and manipulate them into going narrow sidepaths as a Pyro. Pushing them into abyss or water is an option too. If you catch him on fire, airblast again to fuck him up with Shotgun or Reserve Shooter.
Alternatively use Scout to fall back and check ammo boxes to figure out where he went before catching your team at the frontline.
Else, just coat him in liquids like Sniper's Jarate or Mad Milk.

DR Spy won't try to hide himself like the standard cloak Spies. Standard cloak Spy can be revealed by a Pyro by spraying every barrel, fence, beam, railing and such.
