Highsec is currently full, which in turn means that a lot of wormholes connected to highsec are camped to shit.
If you want to find places that aren't full of people where you can look for sites in relative peace, go scan in dead lowsec areas. Try places around Aridia, maybe, that tends to be ded except for miners.

While lowsec hacking is mostly bad, the wormholes connected to lowsec systems are much less likely to be populated.

Planetary Interaction and Industry/Invention are both passive income.
When fully trained, Industry can *almost* cover the cost of a PLEX, not sure about PI.
But fully training either takes a few months. Way more, if you're using all three slots.

Senpai what you really want to do is scan down low class wormholes.

To do this, scan down a wormhole like you'd normally would. Then when you warp to it, enter the radial menu and show info.
If it says "enters unknown space", you're in luck.

There's going to be tons of shit to scan down. What you're looking for is PIRATE relic sites (data sites are never really worth it, but if you bring a cargo scanner you can scan the things and see if it has a valuable blueprint).

If it does not have a "pirate" name in it FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST DO NOT ENTER IT.

Been away from the game since '09. Just getting back into it, spooled up three of my chars with these shiny new mining frigates (Venture). Reading a lot about how the ORE Industrial Ships help out the crew. But I can't find anything that really gives any advice on when it makes sense to use them over a miner. How large does your mining crew need to be before it makes more sense to run a Porpoise instead of another miner?

In my case, just doing high-sec ore with a crew of Ventures at this point.

It just depends on what you want 2bh. The options are quite limited, and the selection of things like clothes and hairstyles is pretty damn small (literally 1/2 the hairstyles are variations of the 'trendy' short look).

You might want to make a couple test characters before using the name you want for your main, just to get an idea of things.

However, there is always the option to resculpt, which allows you to change everything other than your race, sex and bloodline. Resculpt tokens are 300-ish mil in Jita at the moment.

You could make a lot of ISK by doing plexes, but you're going to be at a severe disadvantage against Omegas, so your best bet is just doing empty plexes and warping out if someone else shows up. Not very exciting but can be profitable.

If all you're going to be doing is sitting in empty plexes and running from people as they suggested just get a frigate, put two warp core stabs on it (just in case), plus some agility and tank mods, and a MWP, then warp into empty plexes, kill the NPC, then fly to about 30km away from the cap opposite the warp-in point and sit there while you cap it, killing the NPC again if necessary. If anyone warps in you'll be 50-60km away and able to gtfo before they lock you. You should be able to fit a frigate like that for under 2m.

Yello. I've been out forever and am now back and trying to figure out what to expect from selling a heavily focused and near perfect Tengu pilot. I don't even know if Tengus were murdered by CCP or if you can still plex all day and run missions easily with em. eveboard is down so, for the interest of discussion, picture a pilot with 30.8 million SP and, excepting Caldari and Minmatar BC5 and very few odd level 1 skills, every single SP has been on shit you can use when you undock a Tengu or prereqs for that stuff. What are we looking at for a very general ballpark?

So what is the deal with the steam subscription? buying the subscription from the official page cost me more than buying it from steam

Yes, frigates will always tackle and logi cruisers will always space priest. Tackling isn't going to be much different from a perfect frig pilot to a perfect alpha frig pilot. You spiral in after the fight starts (that's the important part, idiot FCs want early tackle, no point because the other fleet wants to start fighting or they would be aligned out and you won't get tackle anyways) get your tackle and maybe live long enough for the larger ships to get long points on. Logi you'll do less but you're still there. Even solo and one on one you can do stuff. It isn't all about skill points and clicking orbit and turning on modules. If you know niggas mostly fly blaster ships then your kestrel with a td web and scram will do stuff.
I can tell you this but it doesn't really help you as much as fitting up 50 frigs on a reasonable budget with meta 3 stuff and undocking until you don't have any left.

So for anyone autistic enough on an Alpha account, you can print free SP if you don't mind wasting time.

The Mini Skill Injector only works if you have under 750k in SP and Free SP.
But, if you run the tutorial on alts and funnel the injectors to your main, as long as you have under 750k SP total you can pop the stacked injectors and go over that 750k limit.

Just tested it with what was going to be my hauling/mining alt, I had about 480k SP, stacked 5 MSI together and activated it for 880k SP in total.

It takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the part where you get the skill injector, depending on how much you are paying attention, contract them to your main and just stockpile them until you are ready. You could also combine this with the refer a friend bonus of 250k SP.

TL;DR
Spend a few hours grinding the tutorial for the equivalent of a 600 Million ISK Skill Injector.
