Not everybody who is decent at the game figured shit out all on their own. It's not as if I am building a deck for them and explaining them why is everything good and why is everything bad. Even with the list, they are unlikely to improve unless they make deductions on their own why is everything there and why is shit good.

This is even worse considering the limitation of resources which are not absolute garbage for YGO. DN, Pojo, Reddit--just name it, 80% of content there is bullshit. Even YGO ORG's articles are eh, if not garbage at times.

This list is going to be useless for them if they do not understand the game in general. It takes a fair share of losses and games to tune the deck ratios to work. All this is doing is basically giving new people a hint where to start.

Hey /dng/ used to play not too long ago (end of nekroz and shaddolls). I took a peek at some of the meta decks listed in the op and didnt really mesh with any of them. Metalfoes seem neat but im not a huge pendulum fan, although that seems to be something i just have to stomach. ABC also has shit art and i am embarrased that people play that nonsense.

Looking through ygopro, Amorphage and Truekings look really cool. How do they fair meta wise? on tcgplayer there are only two trueking cards, are they being released int eh next set?

How in the fuck can one BLINDLY follow a list of RANDOM good cards with various requirements? Yugioh doesn't really allow cookie cutter decks, even the biggest fucking retard knows this. You can't even fucking use staples efficiently if you don't know how your deck works.

Only 1 Violet Poison? I really would suggest running more of it. I've grown to really love it.
1. It stops annoying floodgate cards like Dark Law or Vanity's.
2. The attack buff is surprisingly good, especially with Iris. And especially with how it also pops a card as you do so.
3. Even if they negate and destroy the card using Solemn or whatever else, it'll just trigger again. Which is the best part. Since the destruction effect has no OPT restrictions. If it's destroyed once it is sent to the top of the extra deck where it activates, but if chained to and destroyed while activating ontop of the extra deck, it's just destroyed again and sent to the graveyard instead. Where it can activate again.

It's so good.

The only older ones I'm using are Oafdragon, Wisdom-Eye and a number of Stargazer/Timegazer I'm not yet decided on. Probably going to end up being 2 Timegazer since it's summonable/placeable by Astrograph and makes a lv7 synchro off of Tune Magician. you can ns this or summon it from Summoner Monk, send Shadow Mist, search Poly and afterwards use the HERO searched from Shadow Mist to r4 or for Mask Change

there are a ton of applications to it now that you can search Poly and plusing from it
