I've been learning adc for about a month now, and I'm usually getting pretty good kdas, and I don't feed, but my damage is usually pretty lacking unless I get ahead early. I don't mean that i don't do damage when I do damage, but my damage delt to champions is rather low. I feel like I play like a total pussy unless i 100% know I can attack without getting fucked. Should I be way more aggro and test my limits at the risk of dying a lot, or should I keep playing like a puss and only attack when it's 100% safe?

This is gold elo, and I can do ok damage with trist and trist only, any other adc I normally do mediocre to low damage with if I don't get ahead.

Depending on your lane match up, I wouldn't worry about trading or kills. The only thing you need to worry about is the cs. Maximizing gold income is the only way to win the lane.
ezreal is a good champion on learning how to juggle the lane by yourself. Occasionally look at how the lane is progressing and look for ways to minimize mistakes. going 0/0/0 with 100 cs is better than going 1/3/1 with 62 cs

If theres an opportunity to deny your lane exp cs while gaining 300g for it you should definitely take it.

generally speaking its very smart to give up CS if you can gain advantages elsewhere. losing 15cs for a succesful roam mid (yes even as ADC) can be a great decision. The key is staying ahead of your opponent though.

I really like it. It's a lot of fun to use and the updated version made it so much better than it used to be. I just genuinely love all of them and I use them all regularly. The sound effects of Fire Fighter are so satisfying. My only complain about Trist skins is that Bewitching Trist's in game model face is a bit too catlike for my tastes.
