So I tried backing up a save using JKSM before reinstalling a game, but it apparently didn't work. I just followed the help screen ("Press Y to backup selected"). The folders were modified at the time of the attempt but they're empty (the folder for the game is in the saves folder but nothing's inside). Is there anything I can do with that 2 kb nand file? I have a bit of a predicament.

I just cfw'd my N3DS by doing the system transfer method with my O3DS. Everything works perfectly fine on my N3DS. That isn't the problem.

Now when I boot up my O3DS and check settings, it says my version is "Sys 6.1.0-12U" and my home menu is completely standard/default, i.e. no FBI no homebrew access nothing. I still have Luma and hourglass, as evidenced when I boot up while holding select/start. Where in the guide am I supposed to resume from, or have any idea at all as to what I should do in order to get back homebrew access?
