I moved to 12* from Saiki carrying over the previous affixes from my units + adding Tenora Boost. Affixing some PP wouldn't help much and would need me to either kick some attack affix or switch something for attack/PP affix instead.

PP doesn't really impact my performance as much as having 3 ring slots more does. Probably the attack alone matters more.

In TDs? All the time, you just have to switch for it before the waves you know you'll use a rifle, same thing with launcher. In things like XQs and AQs I don't keep the pot much, since I switch between rifle and launcher very often, I also believe area changes like XQ floors reset them.
Losing the pot due to being hit is something that's not very common; it happens, but like a few times per quest. For reference, on the last necky I didn't even use a mate. UQ is an exception to this, I get hit a lot.

like your two best PAs are EA and SC, and both of those require you to stay locked in place for a few seconds, yes you do good damage with them but you're incredibly immobile, and it upsets me that sega made the ranged gix pots "don't get hit at all" because to DO your damage, you have to remain still for well long enough to get hit by something, be it large or small, like, have fun doing ult and trying to maintain your gix pot,or anything that has a clusterfuck of damage that isn't going to bother your HP, but is going to reset the pot.

crafted P slider is okay but it's not great damage, and that's the most mobile ranger will get, coming from someone who plays ranger, comparing it to any FPS at all is laughable, you spend more time sitting in place than moving around and shooting.

and let's not get started on launchers, ironically, LAUNCHERS are more mobile than rifle, and are only useful for mobbing, and even then in some cases rifle is better for mobbing certain enemies.

Well, premium is useful if you want more storage, being able to use your shop whenever instead of relying on RNG for a 3 day pass, entering premium spaces on blocks and some other stuff. You can try your luck on scratches (be sure to see what the current scratch contains though) or buy the items your want from the player shops with meseta (this can get expensive depending on the items).

In my opinion; premium is worth trying out for a month at least. Be sure to stock up on 10/11/12 star weapons and 10/11 star units and turn them into passes if you get premium since you can use them after your premium runs out.
