I use the mouse for movement usually the double click for moving forward . q&e for strafing. and w/s for backward and forward in weird situations when my mouse is being used to move the camera around (i fucking HATE the auto center the screen option)

Swap out SG/Hinterlands sections for running Ulda/ZF/Mara if the option presents itself. Otherwise you can just pad out the nearby sections by grinding mobs. The naga in south STV just north of BB are pretty good targets. Brian Kopp's Alliance guide grinds on them for about half a level iirc.

I got r14 on alliance and it was pretty bad. The admins kept changing the premade priority against pugs but we rankers always found a way to abuse the system.

There were 2 -3 groups of premade on alliance, the chinese and the westerners, all working together, each grabbing about half of the bracket 1 and 2 spots. It was impossible to rank without being part of the triade (at least on alliance side) because the chinese and the western premades were colluding to agree on bracket honor values, and would raise the cap if an outsider was getting close to it.

I remember one time a solo r12 dude went mad, said racist things to one of the chinese officers, so the chinese told the other premade to prevent him from getting r12, the two premades had to play during rest days (monday and tuesday) to get a safe distance from him but we effectively blocked him. He tried to apologize but it was too late, he had to quit because he could only decay from there on. I think he was a warrior cant remember his name.

Not gonna lie I enjoyed the whole ranking ordeal but it wasnt about pvp as much as you would think.

I would say that at least 90% of the devilsaur leather sold came from the mafia or the cartel for sure.
I have 75 days played on Nostalrius and the problems caused by the chinese population are greatly exaggerated, especially on these subreddits. They do make a convenient scapegoat tho.

I'd still pick up first aid as a warlock or mage - or at least heavily consider it.

For warlocks, being able to bandage up after converting health to mana reduces downtime greatly, and there's the added bonus of being able to bandage while your pet takes aggro in tight situations.

For mages, bandages give you access to a clutch tactic because you can CC enemies and then bandage up halfway through a hard fight.

At the end of the day I guess it depends on how your cloth supplies are looking.
