The system works like this because they don't want to cater to K/D players, but rather those who contribute to the team in general. And since you can't measure with a program how good your callouts were, the system judges the successes and failures of the team as a whole. It will still reward your teammates differently with points, but that's how the system works.

Because this game is not about personal performance apart from rare instances (e.g. clutches / carries). Even those that ace the other team are usually aided by callouts from teammates and whatnot. And since it's a team game, you are judged as team.

Because not everyone is on the same level right off the bat. And again, since the game measures your worth with team success and failure, it will judge you as such. Hell, if you've got your banging team with people you do great with, there's no reason for you to start out from Copper1 and claw your way through Plat or Diamond.

Probably Tachanka or Glaz. Decent/good guns but Kapkan has the exact same guns but better primary and secondary gadgets while Glaz is outdone in almost every single way by other operators with DMRs. Blitz can be headshot from the front and through his shield as well as his flash charges having no fucking range and being slow as fuck despite what his name implies. Castle can be countered by literally everyone but Montagne and even then he can just melee the damn thing down which takes like 12s of alone time.

People are cool sometimes. Other times not so much. Got kicked as the last man standing in ranked on over time. I was twitch and kapkan/jagwr were above the hatch waiting to drop behind me so I was baiting them by faking out my run, got voted to kick as soon as jager took the bait.
Also, when can you not kick? As stated above I was kicked in overtime but sometimes it doesn't even allow me to kick someone while in OT or if the score is even. Sorry for typing like a mess in tired as hell trying to get my last few points for plat.
