I regret stepping in, but this is untrue. On the base Mangos core the bonus from being a Night Elf, points put into the stealth talent, and from gear all DO work for both rogues and druids in cat form. There's a big proviso though.

The bonus is amplified against the rank of Stealth that your character has learned for their current level. So at low level on a Mangos based server, stealth is utter garbage no matter what you add to it. At level 20 when you get rank 2 (and druids get rank 1 prowl) the bonuses most certainly start helping more vs mobs (and players), and by Endgame the amplification is stupidly broken.

The wrong math was used, and many private servers can't be assed to fix it. If the base math is still in place, Night Elf rogues get a HUGE bonus (druids too) because that 1 step of bonus is amplified far higher than it should (again, endgame).

Also just generally drink coffee instead of soda or energy drinks, works better for me.
The working out part is easy once you get in a routine but getting to that point is easier said than done, of course.
