I want to like Overwatch. I really do. But I can't.
No matter how much I try, I just can't aim.
People dance around me easily and kill me like it's child's play. The killcam shows their aim just tracking me super smoothly, while I can't aim on them to literally save my life.
It hasn't improved in over 200h of OW and I don't like playing Winston, so I guess I'm fucking shit outta luck.

Reducing the delay on cloak wouldn't be OP at all, it's unfairly too long atm. There's not point of even having cloak if you shot where you are when it's over, might as well just go Tracer if you want to get behind people and be a dick at that point.

.5 seconds removed from cloak and decloak would be fixing it, not making it OP.

Just give her a damage buff against targets she's hacked, it synergizes with her kit and will have a good chance of making her viable.

Previously it needed a total of 2,008,500 exp to get from level 1 to 100

Now, it only needs 2,000,000 exp

That's 8500 exp less!

You need to prestige 10 times to get gold border

So 8,500 x 10 = 85,000

I can't get myself to wade through the sea of cancer. I pick rein and nobody stands behind my shield. I try to be a good teammates that communicates and I have teammates that troll me or leave mid game. I have teammates that insist on Bastion against a Dva and Genji.

I'm not even good, but I have no motivation to git gud. It's not worth it to me to put myself through that over and over again and face it with a smile.

It's like league of losers. Pros and streamers don't have to hesitate to say "just be good," because they don't have to fight through the hordes of bullshit.

I want to be good. I want to enjoy the game, but I don't want to just practice against bots or improve alongside complete shitters who want to ruin everything.

Here's my thoughts right? Before I liked to play Mercy and she was pretty good and I was fine on her. If the enemy team had a Genji usually I'd switch because 75% of teams completely ignore him. So the option is Zenyatta or Lucio depending on their team comp.

NOW that Sombra is out there is no comfortable pick against a team that has Sombra/Genji. Genji kills Mercy super easily, Ana's ult is Offensive and while she can counter Genji good luck hitting sleep darts after he goes full tard. So then we have Zenyatta and Lucio. The big issue here is EMP makes Zenyatta literally oneshottable. He gets taken down to 50 hp and cant ult so hes pretty much useless. You could say preemptively ult but that won't work either since you don't exactly see Sombra coming and even if you have an inkling she can just back out having successfully baited your ult.
Lucio also gets his ult completely shut down, either you dont get your ult off and you get EMP'd or you get it off and it gets completely countered by the EMP. Basically you're put in a shit position where a team with a competent Sombra/Genji duo will destroy you. Yes, Mercy and Ana both can do well against Sombra, but at the same time they get shit on by Genji (even if Ana doesnt, her team does) while at the same time Zenyatta and Lucio get shit on by Ana so you're just fucked.

At least these are my initial feelings after 20 or so quickplay games tonight.

Her lack of burst damage is made up for by speed, invis, and passive. If she had burst she would just be tracer. One of the Offense heroes had to have the lowest damage of offense heroes. The one who will hunt you down when you are low, and the one who can ruin your good health packs and the one who can turn invisible are all good candidates for lowest raw damage.

Her gun is like a much MUCH better Widowmaker rifle. Its tits man. And it never stops shooting bullets. I like it more than Bastiens recon rifle.
