A good summoner build is one that uses resilient summons and disposable, resummonable meat shields. MI is counter intuitive in the sense that if you rely on it as a reliable source of damage, it means you're playing a summoner build wrong. And Tanks do not really work in this game. I 've said it before, i will say it again. I have a level 88 Gladiator in my other account that has:

1) Legacy Lightning Coil
2) 30K armour before flasks
3) 78/78 Block/Spell Block
4) Legacy Aegis Aurora
5) 7 endurance Charges
6) 6K HP
7) 550 Life Regen
8) 800 ES
9) Reduced Damage from Bleeding enemies, and i bleed them all
10)Chaos Golem
11)Fortify on main attack(so permanent)
12)76/80/75 resistances before flasks
13)Loath Bane Mirrored dagger to conpensate for the lack of DPS passsives. Still the damage is pathetic(15K viper strike)
14)Reckoining and Riposte with life leech
15)Legacy Taste of Hate

Also tried a variation using Legacy Kaoms instead of koil, so i had around 25K armour, but 9K HP and higher regen. The result was similar in performance(possibly slightly better but i had even lower damage).
So basically some of the tankiest you can build, with real effective mitigation if you include the 78/78 block around 99%. And guess what. HE DIES. He dies from the minotaur, possibly Phoenix as well. He cannot do Shaper, and he is destroyed by Damage Over Time, since the damage is pathetic and i cannot kill them fast enough. Sure i could get more DPS and lower defenses, but 1) He will still be shit against said guardiangs/shaper/uber 2) we are examining the possibility of building a TANK. Also this character had 3 pieces of LEGACY gear and a mirrored weapon.

Ethical MTX is the idea that MTX can exist and be profitable while having a low impact on the actual health of the game. The best example is visual MTX, but regardless of how much bullshit catposter spews, stash tabs are also in this category. High impact MTX would involve being able to buy uniques or rares, or pay for +X% XP for 24 hours or something, since they incentivise an addictive style of sunk-cost fallacy buying, and are mainly targeted at an audience that literally cannot afford to be spending that much money on a videogame.

You can get enough stash tabs, premium tabs and currency tabs that you will never need to spend money on the game again for maybe $20, and there is no further incentive to spend money on the game, so that target audience isn't at risk of setting fire to their bank account due to exploitative promoting of in-game benefits. They buy their stash tabs, they're done, there's no further mechanical benefit to gain from throwing more dosh. It's essentially a binary state, which is the best and most ethical way to operate this system.
