If you just want to level up and don't necessarily care about the perk you can look to see if it would be more beneficial to you to spend points on other nodes of the bloodweb and hope the entity eats multiple nodes at once.

BUT if you don't take the perk out of the equation you also leave it in the pool of perks that can come up when you level up since it's random.

Survivors are blatantly more powerful then they should be. It's currently more advantageous to be caught by the killer and distract him with a wild goose chase then it is to hide and sneakily do gens and escape. Your team will more then likely do better pointwise/productionwise, and the killer will do worse. This is objective fact.

Completely ignoring stupid perks maps are biased for one side or the other almost exclusively because of one feature; Pallets. The more pallets in a map, the more favorable it is for the survivors to play on it. The one exception to this is the Haddonfield map where most of the pallets are in absolutely terrible and worthless positions, but that map is better for survivors because 2/5 LITERALLY can't use their powers there.

The devs are retarded. F13 beta in less then three weeks.

The hard truth is that as long as teachables are a thing survivors have the most potential to be overpowered. None of the teachables by themselves (except for self care SOMETIMES thanks to some true infinites) are too strong by themselves. It's when you take the best of all of them it becomes idiotic and the game becomes an entirely different game where the killer is the prey.

I haven't seen a hatch in the blood lodge house for so long... I almost believed they removed that spawn completely. Just a day ago I've confirmed it still spawns there, so I'd really say out of all the spots, they're really equally randomized. Not like when on ironworks it would always spawn inside the building... now that I mention it I haven't seen it there since forever.

If you know the killer is going to drop you, don't use it right away and save it. Even if you get hooked once that doesn't matter that much.

I had a weird teleport happen to me earlier. A survivor was going over a pallet right into me. I swung my hammer and just suddenly teleported somewhere else, with the survivor not taking the hit.

So somehow they fucked up pips again, Past three times the killer has disconnected from my game it takes a pip from me.

Here is an idea. Make the decisive strike skill check box even smaller, remove automatic success versions of the perk, and make it so if you fail, bring out on the hook kills you instantly. Add some risk to it so everyone isn't just spamming the stupid thing.

As for camping, well I think the meta just needs to have it so survivors don't all rush a hooked victim. When I play survivor, I rarely do and stay alive longer as a result and don't give the killer an incentive to camp.

No "infinite" has been fixed just because of the inclusion of the black spikes. It takes 8 seconds to lap the combine and run up it for a killer without PWYF. That's 40 seconds of chasing them. No spikes appear until after the 5th attempt and then they can either just run to the other combine harvester, or one of the other 2 infinites on the farm maps.

From an outsider perspective, Decisive sounds broken. In most competitive games with choices like this, a 66+% use rate is overpowered. Here it seems to be 100%. Does the drop burn their ds use? I think that's actually a decent compromise if they insist on including it.

Fake trapping is when you start the trapping animation and stop, faking out some survivors who run up for a free unhook

Hillbilly Space Program was an old bug where if you hit certain objects with a chainsaw, you would go flying up into the air, letting you Assassins Creed a survivor.

Decisive strike is only overpowered because you get a free wiggle pretty much. The Decisive Strike burn when dropped is a bug that will be patched out. They are going to fix the only counter to this stupid perk.

Fake trapping is where withing the first second of the trapping animation you immediately stop holding the mouse button to cancel it so survivors think you're trapping and when they try to unhook you can pull them off right away.

Dropping a survivor withing the first second of picking them up burns their DS for the whole match. The main way you know if someone has DS is if when you first pick them up they don't try and wiggle. If they wiggle it cancels DS automatically for them and they have to wait until they either get picked up again or die.

Added support for fixed duration blood points bonus events. (Blood Hunt)
BALANCE
Adjusted accumulation of stalking points to be the same for any number of stalked survivors (simultaneously stalking multiple survivors does not increase the speed at which stalking points increase)
Adjusted the minimum distance between bear traps to 1.5 meters (up from 0.6 meters)
BUG FIXING
Fixed an issue causing blood points to sometimes start counting from a negative value in the Tally screen
Modified the process of joining lobbies which results in reduced time to join a lobby after a game has been found
