Rogue is literally worthless in PvP, I think Assas for instance has had its agility lowered by 65% in pvp since Legion's launch.
The other specs hit like a feather too, and rogues have about 1m less health than other melee dps classes.

As for PvE, outlaw got nerfed to shit, and I'm still salty about that. It was fun (and good), now it's a pain in the ass to play with all the energy problems.

I'm on the PTR, Lingering Insanity is no longer baseline. You have to talent into it, and even then you get a much worse version of it, in addition to losing reaper of souls due to that talent being mutually exclusive. I don't understand why they'd do this, it fucking cripples LotV specs, and non-stm shadow was the worst dps in the game bar none.

With this and STM getting gutted, shadow is a completely dead spec.
