Forest does small combos to gain board control or do face damage to finish the game.
Dshift tries to set up an OTK.
I agree that the deck would be more fun if you could properly interact with your opponent's spells.

The reason they don't have instants is because some people feel like their turn is their turn and the opponent shouldn't be able to interfere with what they do.

I didn't get a screencap but god damn, Forest feels degenerate as fuck in arena when you get the right cards. I had Tia, 2 Elven Princess Mages, Cynthia, Nature's Guidance, and a bunch of the strong early game like Water Fairy, May, and Whisperer. Sadly I never got to bounce Tia and play her again since I never needed to.
Fairy Princess is also great in arena, especially when you have great synergy like Petal Fencer and Tia.

Control is defined by answers. You're a control deck if your win con is that you stop the opponent's gameplan then find a way to finish. You shouldn't care about card advantage except to reload, and trading 1 for 1 or 2 for 1 is common.

The difference between a midrange deck and a control deck is that a midrange deck always wants to be at advantage. A control deck wins if they hit their wincon and protect it, a midrange deck wins because everything is a wincon and the opponent runs out of cards.

RIght now you kind of have a weird mix of aggro blood and control blood, I'd focus on one path or the other.
Also vengeance is pretty bad so I'd take out cards like Abyss Beast and Frenzied Juggernaut. You should add Wardrobe Raiders and Demonic Storms instead of the mediocre vengeance cards Revelation is great though, keep that if you want to play more control.

It's aggro because they use storm minions and main focus is going face as hard as possible.

It's like saying face dragon isn't an aggro deck because it doesn't drop its power minion until turn 5+

Mid-range is about value and trading, often plays minions on-curve. Grind your opponent out like it's an arena match.

Control is just holding your opponent off until you get your win condition met. Which means most combo decks are some type of control deck.

That's not entirely true.
Control decks don't need a wincon. Control decks can just be full of answers and completely grind out your opponent as their wincon. The difference between that and Midrange is that Midrange looks to grind out aggro decks and rush down control decks, hence the name. Meanwhile grindy control decks just want to grind the fuck out of everyone. A midrange deck will not be able to out-grind a control deck.

Midrange decks are midrange decks because they're offensive against slower decks and defensive against aggressive decks. They do 100% play rushdown against control because they aren't going to win the late-game battle against a deck designed around winning in the late game. I should note by rushdown I don't mean ignore everything and go face, I mean they take position as the aggressor in the match-up.
Meanwhile, some control decks do win buy grinding opponents out. That's their wincon; insurmountable value in the late game and enough answers to get there consistently. It's the difference between your BW control and your control-combo deck.

Arena is heavily luck based; sometimes you just get fucked and there's nothing you can do about it. Sometimes your draft sucks, sometimes your draws are shit, sometimes your opponents have the perfect answers or just insane decks. If you haven't gotten less than 3-2 yet consider yourself lucky, but it's gonna happen one day. It's just a matter of time.

Banner doesn't usually run Sage Commander, I'd honestly replace them with the 3-4 taunt. Also, replace Luminous Knight with another Maid Leader, they really help with consistency.

Gabe is a bit slow for the deck but ok if you don't have any Alwida as it gives you some reach later on.
