I only started playing him recently and goddamn is he fun, even tho I play him midlane because i suck ass in top i still win most of my games. I go the same build pretty much every game, and after you get used to it he's strong as fuck.
Just remember that he loses basically every ranged matchup and most melee too, so all you have to do is farm.
You can roam and kill once you are level 13 and have a trinity. you will reach level 10-11 pretty fast most of the time, then the game will turn into an ARAM and will take you 10 minutes to get to 13.
