These 3 things turn him into a medic that can totally negate an enemies time and effort. Max Shield, then Coil, spamming both because you have HP and mana regen from the items above. Throw Shields on your team, let them dive tower, then heal them up with coil and urn, push tower. Itemize from there.

He's a monster with heroes like Weaver or Slark. Being able to constantly heal and throw out purges and 220 damage shield to your carry mid fight is game winning in the mid game.

My friend and teammate who I've played 933 games with for the last 2 years doesn't have a great computer. Despite that we've still been able to play Dota plenty. At the start it was fine, smooth, but update after update things got slightly worse performance wise.
Fine, there's improvements, cosmetics pulling a little, new heroes. Unfortunately there has come a point where whenever my friend loads the game it times out. Reconnect. Takes a huge ass long time, but eventually it's back. Everything loaded. 57fps let's go.
It's just frustrating, and people don't wait for pauses. We lost a Battlecup because of the enemy team unpausing. My friend is quitting the team to not hold us back and it breaks me. A team of friends that means a ton to me.
So I ask of anyone who has power over this, please optimize the process of loading everything into the game. Even my computer which is strong has started getting a freeze for 2-3 sec whenever we spawn in. This issue of timing out players that doesn't load fast enough but otherwise run the game fine just pushes away long time customers and it seems to terribly unnecessary.

Okay, so we had this idiot Clinkz in our team who had a score of 0 14 at the end of the game, and I was playing Tidehunter who got a 13 min greaves and solo killed the jugg in the offlane twice. Even the enemy team was praising how well I was doing in the early game and then our WK who was great abandons the game.
We started losing teamfights since our carry Clinkz was dogshit and mid Alchemist had a GPM of 677 in the end. Eventually, the enemy Juggernaut started catching up on farm. Eventually i gave up and told them to end saying that there is no way we can win since no one, literally no one was sticking and taking teamfights in our team.
They were able to end the game in the next 10 mins and those three fucks in my team decides to report me for throwing the game. Okay, I know how bad I sound on reddit but there are times when you wanna give up because there is no fucking way you can win with a clinkz who gets his first major item orchid in 33 mins.
And I don't behave like that in my every game. I wasn't even rude to my team. At the end of the day, thanks to new valve report system, I have to play 5 games in LP and and that Clinkz will get to play another ranked. At the post game discussion, the Necro in my team was passing racist comments and wrote them on my steam wall as well and I am the one who gets low priority. Thanks a lot for the LP valve.

I've decided to write this post after recording, from my last 20 matches, how many Peruvians or Spanish-only speakers I had on my team, compared to English or bi-lingual speakers.
The result: Out of 80 players across 20 matches, 68 of them were Spanish-only speakers.
This makes Dota frustrating and infuriating to play whenever i'm on my own server. Unfortunately, I am like most other slaves to the corporate overlords in America in that I have been completely shafted when it comes to internet service and speeds. Just searching on US West nets me 150ms, going oversea's I can frequently be in the upper 300's. So its not like I can just migrate servers.
Also, to clarify, this isn't a racist "Screw all the Peruvians they suck at Dota" post. The problem here is the language barrier. It is impossible for me to coordinate, or even communicate simple things such as "Please dont go offlane carry Skywrath, i'm already locked-in as Clockwork". As a result, the team with the more uniform language composition almost always beats the team without. A team of 5 Peruvians will have a much better chance of beating a team of 3 Peruvians and two Americans, simply because we have no way of communicating with each other. The chat wheel just doesn't have enough.
So clearly this is a problem, since there is a higher Peruvian population on US East than there is actual Americans. But why is this a problem? Why don't they just play on their own servers? I'm very interested in this, and I've tried to search for reasons online, but most of them are very old posts stemming from the Pre-Peru server days. Now that Peruvians have their own server, wouldn't it benefit them to play on that one? Where they have a higher ping, and don't have to deal with non-Spanish speakers? I mean, there's THREE South American servers for pete sake.
Anyone (Peruvians included) have any idea why this is happening? Or if there's anyway to solve this?
