Well I know there's an official video on how to Pendulum Summon, but I don't know of any Xyz/Synchro videos off the back that would be slow enough to both show and explain the procedure.

Nope, unfortunately. Once Burning Abyss get Burial of the Phantom Knights printed it might see some use, but most decks these days can't get the requirements out. The ones that do tend to have better things to summon.

You could say the same for a lot of things, but it's plenty alright in casual play if you manage to build around it. Destiny HERO Malicious is always a good method.

I'm pretty sure you can't. Giagear is neither fast nor is it able to dish out powerful monsters that set up a good board.

Take ABC for example; they can consistently use Rank 4 due to the gadgets, but on top of that, their boss, the Dragon Buster is able wreck the opponent's plays. Not only that, they can summon it while keeping constant resources and it can de-fuse by itself for even more.

Giagear... maybe if you use cards like Traptrix Rafflesia and, in addition to that, it would need to be a bit faster, so 20 or so traps, which are slow cards wouldn't be a good idea

What cheap decks are there? Doesn't have to be the best, I just want something better than Lunalights because as much as I like the deck it isn't exactly good.
