If you're worried about decking out then your opponent was going to beat you honestly. Just drop maxx c, 95% of the time they're going to decide making an amazing board isn't worth letting you draw all those cards and will just stop. If they do continue, they'll either A) deck you out, which means they special summoned 35 times, which unless we're talking level eater shenanigans isn't likely, B) make a small board and let you a little, so you still get to play just with a couple extra cards, or C) you get a shit ton of resources to throw at your opponents 'unbreakable' board on your turn.
All things considered, I'd play the Maxx "c". But hey man, I can't build your decks for you.

If you Raigeki/Dark Hole ABC while they have Dragon Buster, it doesn't matter if they float into A/B/C, they die too, and can only float into another monster if they have another one in hand and want to trigger C.

Metalfoes have Counter, but if you kill their board, you can set up yours or OTK them without having to deal with anything (except maybe Kirin if they had that.)

Dante adds stuff back to your hand when he dies, but if they don't have Cir in play (which is much less likely that they do now that he's at 1) they won't have anything on board to defend themselves with. (unless they use PK traps in grave to SS those, but that takes up a lot of their resources.)

Much of what's wrong is being able to masturbate into huge unbreakable boards t1, forcing the other player to rely on handtraps or starting out with removal. Some limit on the number of backrow you could get t1 would really help. Or something like that.

I can give you Kaijus for shutting off "troublesome monsters" but generally if there's a monster that's a floodgate, it prevents Special Summoning, which means you can't Kaiju it in the first place.
As for BoE, the potential to give your opponent draws in the event that you can't get rid of all of their monsters is hardly worth just putting them all face-down. Concealing is both as good and worse than BoE, because it can get negated by MST.

This whole "destruction is bad" thing is just a shitty meme that too many people have fallen for.
People already tired of Zodiacs in the OCG would love to have more mass destruction than just the 1 Dark hole, and without the potential to brick by drawing multiple Kaijus in the case of Slumber.
A well placed Dark hole or Raigeki can easily change the course of the duel in your favour, and in the case of things that float, BoE and Concealing do nothing to suppress that floating, and Kaijus may get rid of one problem, but also give your opponent a 2200 ATK monster, (or 2400 if you prefer Kumongous.) which could essentially be viewed as a different type of floating, where one monster left and another monster showed up right after.

Any argument stating that "next turn they can do this" is near irrelevant with the incredibly fast state of the game we're in right now, and the ease of OTKing with multiple high tier decks that are out right now.

Like, the right away to use Pendulum has been combining many archetypes. Xyz has done that many times already and Synchro is self-explanatory.
