Top speed of 44 km/h is the only real downside. Well, and the top gun's inaccurate as hell at medium to long range, but at least you're getting crazy RoF, low profile and 12 degrees of gun depression to compensate that.
Basically, it's a slower T-34 with worse armor but proper light tank camo ratings and actual gun depression.

The IS-6 seems to be a troll tank that would be more fun to play, but the pen on its gun is not that great and I don't use much premium shells.

I'm not going to switch crews from battle to battle, so I don't take crew training into account. I have a Type 59 already (bought it when there were not any Chinese tank apart from it in the game. Currently it's crew is on 94! of the 4th skill set and I won't ever move them to any Chinese med.

My main concern is credits and fun gameplay. Also, I'm planning to buy for gold (so sadly ingame store only), not cash.

Btw, is it possible that they add some of the newer tanks (like Skorpion G) to the ingame store on Christmas sales or shall I keep dreaming?

If credits is your main concern and you only have these tanks in mind i would take the t34. While slow and big you won't need much premium ammo as the gun has enough pen.
Is 6 might be more fun to play as you bounce a lot but to make some sticky situations work you will need that 2 key or you could do like a tomato and use that 3 key.

If you insist the WZ-132 is essentially a LW with slightly better gun stats and camo, but no armour.

Burger lights are all pretty good, though the T49 is random as fuck.

German lights are gimmicky until the Ru 251, which is pretty much a LeoPT LW.

French lights are outdated but still end in one of the most OP tanks in the game.

It's great up to tier 5-6. After that premium is basically a necessity or you'll wanna kill yourself.

Tiers 5-6 are generally where a lot of players play because you can make good money at those tiers. Also there are some good models by those tiers.

If you are a decent player it can be OK, especially now that they've added XP boosters. Not sure about other servers but I get a shitload of them on NA and it makes bad grinds much better than they used to be.

There are still a few tanks that are soul-crushing though, usually the high tier slower tanks.

during the cw campaign in may there was a huge point difference between unigums that got to play every game and regular players
originally it was satirizing the complains of ppl who were gettin carried to the chieftain tank by prospective unigums
they thought that they were being gucked by the "inner circle" despite the "inner circle" actually carrying them
then the image got altered by ppl who felt that tango and luffy who are yellows and cant carry that well were gettin points despite not needing them and not contributing to the teams victory so they were actually in some kind of inner circle and they used this to point out hypocrisy of taking tango in every game despite there being ppl who were in danger of not making it to the tank

tldr its kinda stupid to explain memes
