Ki Blast and Strike Supers stat points will increase your damage by 15% at max. Same with basic attacks though you do use more of them during a fight.

Ki and Stamina get their points at specific stat numbers that I don't quite remember.

I'm not sure how health works per point at 80.

From what I hear every stat gives up to +15% of whatever the stat does. So not great, but also not really negligible.

Ki and Stamina seem to boost a lot though, up to 3 extra bars each as far as I know.

I do have to admit, going SSJ3 for the first time...even with a body that mastered it, was quite a strain. My Golden Form is straining as well, but in a different way...it is so..wild, in comparassion to the usual finesse i am used to. Had i tried in a less experienced body, i am quite certain i would have been severely injured.
Even if i had the time to master the form, i doubt i could access it as confortably as you and certain others of your species do. Truly remarkable indeed!

This game is great, but I got a huge peeve with making new characters.

You only share Skills, Clothing, and Items you've obtained for ALL CaC to use.

HOWEVER!

>All Parallel Quests have to be RE-UNLOCK and Ranks don't share between them. Same rules apply to Expert Missions.

>You have to RE-UNLOCK all characters so any CaC can use them for their modes including ones wished by Shenron (which is utter garbage).

>Faction Quests are not shared between CaC (which is fine here considering some Quests are available to different races).

I could understand re-doing the Story Mode again and even opening up the Expert Mission and Parallel Quests along with Flying as you advanced through the Story, but this is so backwards thinking what on earth were Dimps and/or Bandai Namco thinking putting this in!?

Unlocking ALL the characters again for EACH slot for CaC!? What the hell Dimps!!!

I know XV1 you needed to beat the main story to unlock the other 7 slots, but damn was it not gated as much as XV2 here!

Tourny anon from 3 threads ago here, giving a small update.

The streamer finally heard reason an lifted the ban on Justice Combination. However, it's being limited to 2 attempts per fight. (Was debated between 1 or 2 attempts for quite a while).

Spirit Spirit Bomb, Super Nova and Energy Zone are all still banned for whatever reason, but got around to banning actual ban-debate-worthy moves, such as; God of Destruction's Wrath, Go Go Gum and Super Ki Explosion.

Absolute Zero wasn't hit but without GoDW's it's not as big of a thing to fear for players who know what the fuck they are doing

Justice Combo is much harder to evade than Darkness Rush considering Darkness rush has your character showing a slow telegraph and then charging forward and leaves you wide open if you miss.

If the AI can easily dodge Darkness Rush I can only imagine how much easier it is for most players to do so.

I don't know how DIMPS missed it when balancing XV2 but they also missed Phantom Fist and both were in the last DLC so I guess they just didn't check those moves.

I was going to say something about the airhead bit, but then I remembered my majin's head is supposed to mostly be hollow. I don't think they necessarily have to be like that though, just like hiw male majins don't have to be huge nerds that talk like Buu.

I find majins to be a cool concept in general. They're magic gum beings that just want to have fun. That, and if I had to be any race in dragonball, the one that has shapeshifting and nigh-immortality sounds pretty appealing. They look cool too.

Do you know how the refine edge tool works in PS CC? I've a legit version of the software.
It does not seem to exist in this version, but something similar called "Select and Mask" from the Quick Selection tool exits. Though it's.. kinda shotty and is taking forever to calculate shit.

I've no idea if I'm using this the way it should, but it's having problems detecting soft edges.

You should be able to z vanish and evasive out of blindness. I don't recall what exactly but I used Solar Flare a lot in XV1 and people were definitely able to get out of it. Try setting your training dummy to evasive and see what happens.

Thunder eraser is in and still garbage because you can guard it. I use Senko Ki Blast now because it's a 1 ki Solar Flare that gets you out of the way in case they do try to evade.
