Hello everyone, i need a quick tip on widowmaker. 1000 DPI / 5.5 sens / 35 zoom modifier / still deciding between dot or short crosshair. My problem is that my sens are always too high or too low, if i crank it up, i can't hit long shots because the crosshair is too shaky and never stays on the enemies head. If i tune it down, i can't hit those sick flick shots in medium to short range.
Aside from gitting gud, how can i fix this problem ? Also, which crosshair works best ?

The numbers you posted don't matter.

The dpi is a meme, use whatever dpi is comfortable on your desktop so you dont have to change it in game.

The only metric that matters is cm/360. Quake pros use around 30-40 cm/360 for example.

I personally like the purple dot, but its all preference.

And as for finding your own sens that makes you comfortable, that just takes time. Took me about 8 months to find a sens that I liked. Now I use 34cm/360 in literally every game I play. I'd say find the sens that allows you to be as slow as possible, without hurting your movement at all.

Sensitivity is the games method of determining how far your cursor goes based on how far you move your mouse.

DPI is dots per inch, or more accurately counts per inch of your mouse as you move it.

cm/360 has nothing to do with your mousepad, its simply a measure of how many centimeters you have to drag your mouse in order to do a 360 in game.

Neither of that matters tho, just use this wobsite to calculate it.

If your team's Lucio is good you should play Ana offensively and let the bulk of the healing to Lucio only ever returning to healing when you see someone about to die or Lucio's E is on cooldown.
One round of QP nets me around 3-4k usually but if you're 8k is from competitive then you're doing just fine.

Release D3 was shit, WoW has been rotting from it's stored up shit for years now, sc2 is the greatest RTS game ever made and yet was painfully mishandled until Blizzard ensured it went to the grave. Overwatch is pretty good but it's 90% fluke quality with unaddressed problems(hitboxes, balance, matchmaking, lack of content) and there hadn't been anything like it on the market for a decade.

But holy good god Heroes of the Storm makes everything else Blizzard does look like a masterpiece.
