do a mythic dungeon with the keystone used within the timer, get a better keystone and better than mythic dungeon loot

the better your keystone the harder the dungeon and the better the loot

the faster you do the dungeon the faster your keystone levels up and you get more/better loot

Do all the bonus objectives in Gorgrond and talador until you can complete them in one credit.
Get a fast flying mount, and you can do them all if you ignore treasures. I didn't believe it myself until I flew a friend of mine around between the objectives. It is literally 15 minutes.

Bonus objectives are unlocked when you make the outpost in the zone.

Which is all you should be doing; a few easy quests on the way to make the outpost, then all the bonus zones, then moving along to the next zone. Throw in a dungeon or two and you're 100

Not even kidding. With full heirlooms of course. Zygor makes the entire experience 100% mindless and you will be done with all of Draenor in 3 hours. Make sure you buy the EXP potions from your garrison which you can right away. Or if you're a big dick baller buy the 300% one from AH and run around doing those bonus objectives in Warlords. It's absolutely the fastest way to get through Warlords.
