PA needs a rework, period. 3/4 of her spells are RNG already. You can keep buffing the numbers how much you want but doesn't change the fact that it's bad design.

I shouldn't have include OD, but i hate his aura. It makes no fucking sense to have on a carry.

WK doesn't need a rework, simple heroes need to exist. After many buffs and some nerfs he is fine; CK could maybe use a rework in one of his spells.

I want a new map objective other than rosh because the pattern is the same, especially for dire team. Kill 2/3 people > do rosh > > take a tower and hope aegis is poped > farm > kill rosh again. What if there is another item or buff if you kill the new boss? Would make for an interesting change.

You can balance it by making it not availble after x minutes, or anything really. there are many ways to balance.

-It's always pure damage and always pierces spell immunity. Damage lowered by 25%.
-Aghs has a different effect. Casting Laguna Blade applies a 10 second buff to Lina that converts her attack damage to pure.

If you can make more time for it, probably.
If I was in your position I would seek coaching from 7k/8k players. I would do my studies but basically be a B student so I had more time to hone in on Dota. I would look for similar MMR players who looked promising and were devoted, maybe start a team. But I think if you really want to, you could. You need to really focus though.

First of all you're picking a sub-obtimal hero vs a very optimal hero, so that's already not a good counter, but just because you can stop his spin TP, it doesn't mean he's the counter, he just stops one part of juggs play.
Jugg wins the lane vs an Axe, a good Jugg should always have a lvl3 healing ward out and ready to kite it away, if he thinks an Axe will jump him while farming.

I'm not saying Slark is overpowered in high MMR (he obviously isn't), but he still gets picked in competitive games from time to time, so he isn't anywhere near a bad hero either. Chen is still crying himself to sleep after getting nerfed so hard in the past few patches. Slark fuckers have nothing to complain about just because they have a few decent counters in the meta.

A hero like Slark has such a toxic kit that players shouldn't be encouraged to play him except when he actually fits the game. When he becomes a go-to pick just because he's strong, then the game's quality goes to shit. That's why the 3k bracket sucks a gigantic donkey dick unless you enjoy playing Axe and Bloodseeker all day long, because people pick Slark over and over, and people play AGAINST Slark terribly. No, it's not *that* hard to win against Slark if you play in a disciplined way, but the same thing could be said of Techies. Now do you want to see Techies in half of your games, just because he's easy to beat if you play well?
