First, get some good pets to help powerlevel other pets. Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling is easily the best for this, as well as Chrominius and Anubisath Idol. Level them to 25 and powerlevel other pets via Draenor pet dailies (the one in shadowmoon valley is the easiest, it can be solod entirely by a pandaren mech dragonling. you might not really need any more than a few top-tier pets

When powerleveling a pet via a daily quest, the pet needs to be active for at least one turn to get xp. Usually you'll send the carry pet in after your first pet dies, then immediately swap to your second legit pet.

This why the old gods expansion whenever it comes need to massively overhaul everything, from pandaria, to outland to northrend. Draenor needs to be moved to caverns of time otherwise it doesnt make sense in the timeline, and only serve as a place for people to have fun with old content. Assa is the easiest single target Rogue spec specially if you go poisons, AoE is the hardest. Sub is the hardest single target and second easiest AoE.

But be warned sub is underperforming heavily unless you have the legendary boots and very high ilvl, don't be fooled by logs. Assa performs really well at all ilvls atm.

Get some logs and aim for worse guilds if you don't have mythic raid experience. I'm in the top guild in my realm and we get around 5 applications daily. We don't care too much about your gear, if you don't have logs or parse under 85-90% your chances of making it are slim.
Your realm's drama can also play a big factor, last week we recruited quite a bunch of people from a guild that was aiming for #1 but disbanded because they sucked.

Give them complete control of the boss and its many abilities. Health and damage scales appropriately with the number of raid members present, like with any other boss.

You can only queue to be a boss one time per week. Succeeding is difficult, but should you manage to wipe them, you'll be rewarded with the appropriate raid loot.

Should no boss players be present in the queue at the time, it will be controlled by an NPC instead.

I can't really say much since I don't play it, but our Disc more often than not tops healing meters and deals almost as much damage as our tanks. I know he cheeses DPS asking for Innervates and stuff, but he's a beast.
I don't know how they perform outside of raids though, I've only head you have to put twice the effort to perform well as Disc compared to any other healer.

How long does it take for world quests to respawn? I cleared my map last night and now there aren't enough in Azsuna for my new emissary quest

Wrath of the Ashbringer is by far the best Non-Gold trait there is (and it's probably better then both Echo and Tempest). You could probably wait off on Templar's until after Echo but you really, really should get Wrath to 3/3, it's what makes Crusade into Crazy Go Nuts University mode
