Its a rescue mission you dont have to kill a lot of enemies. Release the target and rush to the exit. If he dies, go invisible, kill nearby enemies, revive and keep rushing. Thats how I clear every sortie rescue.

I played Warframe a long time ago and I wanna start again but

I'm pretty sure most Banshee mains are pretty reasonable when it comes to judging her capabilities and why she's so underplayed despite theoretically being one of the most useful frames in the game. It's just that it's hard for them to put in words, and when someone comes around saying "Banshee sucks, that's why she's unpopular", they want to defend their frame and explain how powerful she can be. In the end, both sides are right, and that's the crux. Banshee IS powerful like almost no other frame, so her drawback of being as durable as a wet tissue paper is justified. However, all that power is completely overkill for most parts of the game with so many guns and other abilities having crept up in power, in effect nullifying her huge advantage and leaving her with only the drawback, which is becoming noticeable at much, much lower levels.
Fixing that is hard, and definitely not as simple as "hurr durr make her more durable". That's the easy way out and not a hallmark of good game design. To make her more useful on lower levels, you have to change her damage and control abilities to decrease the TTK between enemies without resorting to cheese like RQ, cause that's the only thing that counts in this game. Her control abilities work pretty well for every level, and apart from some changes to allow players to save themselves(Sonic Boom reflecting shit), they're okay. It's just difficult to make her work without sucking what makes her unique out of the frame - high APM gameplay.
