How easy a story character is to grind is basically just a function of how many missions give that character's bios. Easiest characters have 15 (Daisy is probably the best one here, as a buff slave), a few characters have 10 (Iron Fist is excellent as stated, Kingpin's pretty good too) and only two have 5 (Black Bolt and Thor, who may or may not get good T2s, who fucking knows).

Nobody really stands up to Iron Fist right now in terms of bang for your buck. I can't recommend him highly enough.

You grind multiple characters a day so that it'll pay off in the long run. The jump from 5* to 6* is 320 bios, so in cases like Fister, it'll take a month to get him there if you don't receive a lot of help from other game modes.

No idea about Gwenpool, but Elsa at T2 is a fucking beast, with one catch - her uniform is basically mandatory.

Even when she isn't T2, she's got quite a good mastery (+ physical attack), a good striker bonus, and she can work well as a "switch in, blast 'em, switch out" type character in WB teams. Again, with the uniform.

That's too broad of a question, as characters differ greatly in power levels. Corvus Glaive can solo 10-8 on manual at 3/0/45, it just takes a while. On the other hand, Elektra might not be able to reliably solo it on auto even if you fully maxed her out.

Your goal for all characters is getting them to 6/6/60 eventually anyway, so just level and rank up everyone as you go.

Also, have you read the pastebin yet? All newbies need to do this.

What do/did you anons do to farm black order bios? It was going okay at first but I'm on the 50-55 stretch and its starting to get real brutal (and this isn't even HIM). I can do 50-55 and 6* proximass but it will take most of what I have (and those characters progress toward 6* would be reset), and obvious 55-60 will be significantly more costly.

Based on the results from a reddit guy's tests, all difficulties have approximately the same card and bio drop rate per point of energy expended, even during hot time. The only major difference is debris drops, which are higher per energy in the easiest difficulty (particularly with the bonus from high VIP rifts).

The question is mostly just how much energy you can spare for the bios of the character you're going for.
