If you want to give your allies new equipment, it seems you need to talk to them in the city and present it to them as a gift.
Also, for Two-handed bros:
If you press Square without any directional inputs, and delay your next input until your swing is nearly complete, you will instead do a two-hit 360 swing that does about TEN times more damage than a normal hit. This doesn't seem to be the case with other weapons.

Yeah, mapping the two alt pallets from HF to four directional inputs like a Tales game was brilliant, easy to OSS now and still have two quick pallets left over for squad commands, then whole rows for support stuff and items in the actual pallet.

I think even the basic square attack has a just frame timing system and directional inputs that change up the combo, and lengthened strings based on your multiplier in battle too, but I'm not sure-- haven't used more than just the 1h sword and rapiers yet.

I've spent more time kissing up on the waifus than actually fighting monsters though I think

If it actually didn't warn you then I might be worried because it always warns you about low battery.

Either way the system cuts itself off when it gets down to a low % before the battery is actually dead.

I've had my Vita sit around for 12 hours after dying and it just boots back up as if had been in sleep mode. It's mad efficient so I wouldn't worry about losing progress.

Steins;Gate got censored though for consoles so just pick up the PC version.

Also, Muv-Luv is getting ported to the Vita physically, but at the moment it's using an old translation that's riddled with errors. Once everything is settled, they're redoing the translation with a higher quality one and fixing some bugs along the way. The console ports will get these in the form of patches later on.

They're touching up the Muv-Luv translation for the trilogy and for differences you can look up what people have said about the Steam version of Extra/Unlimited. For Alternative they're going to redo the English voiced lines from the American soldiers and have an option to play the original Engrish if you'd rather hear that. Extra runs on a newer version of the engine so that means blinking characters and subtitles instead of the blue text box. Pretty much content identical to Degica's recent Steam release of Extra/Unlimited.
Vita and PC versions of Steins;Gate are almost identical. Very small differences like they change normalfag to normie and maybe some other very small minor things too. There's no H-scenes in either version and ignore people that say it got censored because they had to change the name of Dr. Pepper to something else for copyright reasons.
