Any idea how I get past the damage cap while editing a gun's damage?

I had an idea of changing the Mosconi to one shell shot only but double the damage so I'd be kinda like the Super Shotgun on DOOM, but this fucking gun caps at 220 damage and doesn't go higher than that.

I used this on the script.

It's the only primary with damage high enough to be relevant on OD (without heavy point investment which isn't possible solo because you have to put points into shit like messiah) that can actually deal with snipers. This has nothing to do with dodge. I use Anarchist in my main build. If you're using the ICTV you might as well run Armorer. Anarchist can take one or two more bullets but in exchange getting all your armor back takes 2 minutes instead of 2 seconds.

Anarchist's armor is a flat addition instead of a multiplier so you get harshly diminishing returns on higher armors. There's no justification for spending the points to unlock the ICTV when you could be using one of the ballistic vests + crits with a minimal loss in survivability.

Firstly, health regen is just genuinely not helpful most of the time on one down. Muscle's too slow and low to be of any real use, and it makes the cops shoot at you more. And getting close for a melee is also probably suicidal in most cases.

That, and most people who don't want to use the turbo meme guns like the Chivalry shit / Thanatos they're going to use a Frenzy build, which doesn't benefit from having health regen at all

Well keep in mind I made my build super retarded for the sole purpose of basically being able to solo it by bringing everything necessary. The 2 seconds of invuln from armorer was enough to always 100% ensure I would get to the drill and fix it and get into inspire range with swan song. And the suit was to maximize the longbow damage for when I ran out of tripmines
