I win almost every game I play as Cassie. Almost everyone here would agree. The reason Cassie doesn't always win is because most Cassie players are retarded BRs.

Hi-Rez is trying to balance the entire game around champion winrates. This does not work because scrub teams pick too many flank/damage heroes and buy aggression, while non-retards are more likely to care about team composition and actually play tanks and supports. This artificially inflates the winrate on all of the tanks and supports, which leads Hi-Rez to retarded conclusions like thinking Grover needs nerfs.

Valve ruined TF2's baslance by doing the same shit: they changed weapon stats based on equip rates in pubs, when most of the players they were getting these metrics from couldn't care less about balance.

Winrates and metrics are not always a good indication of champion strength. If it's something like Pip or Ying average healing, then sure, that makes sense. Damage dealer winrates however are not always accurate metrics because they attract the worst players imaginable.

If they really still insist on changing Cassie and Andro to lower their skill floors, then I recommend that Cassie has to have her combo gutted and maybe given an actual ult that's actually useful in non-organized play. Andro should have defiance buffed so shitters can hit things, but his ult and his LMB nerfed.

Not really, I don't use a meme shatter build but I shatter all the time during fights since getting the kill > stalling for all eternity. I mean obviously it depends on the situation, but a lot of the time your team mate who is tanking damage has already accumulated enough of an HP advantage from the heal+you shooting the guy together with him that it's better to do the huge damage burst before he runs away. Plus if you time it right you can immediately have a new illusion up anyway.

As a general rule of thumb you want your clones healing as much as possible. I have a friend who played ying and would shatter every chance he got and was confused when he ended the round with like 10k healing.

I have three different builds: one focused on healing, one focused on fire flask/damage, and a hybrid build. I tend to use the hybrid build most often, and it serves its purposes.

q: smoke bomb; stealth lasts longer but otherwise the same as live

e ult: assassinate; skye selects one of the enemy champions she deals increased damage to that champ for the next few seconds, if she eliminates her target she gains bonus credits and the kill counts as a solo kill regardless of weather she had help or not.

He used to be a melee character back when the game didn't have a real class system and they focused on trying to make unique characters instead of X class. They turned him and Ying into supports when they introduced the class system and what do you know they're considered some of the most imbalanced characters in the game.
