Let me get this straight regarding flat A.Pen and Lethality

Lethality still ignores enemy champs armor but this time, it also scales with the enemy champ's level. For example, if I have 10 lethality, 40% of its value acts like a regular A.Pen while 60% of it scales with the enemy's level. This means that I won't be doing exactly 10 A.Pen on the enemy until they hit level 18.

Right now, my AD rune page has flat A.Pen in it. This means my AD champs ,including ADC, has A.Pen in it. So when pre-season arrives, is lethality a good substitute for flat A.Pen or should I switch my A.Pen runes with increase in AD runes?

-I'm a bit iffy with the plants. They are useful (especially with the honeyfruit one) but it doesn't quite feel right.
-Champion changes ain't so bad.
-The new duskblade seems pretty strong, especially with its ward disabling ability.
-Jungle camps seems to be more friendlier to slow clearing champs and I'm fine with it.
- Redemption feels broken as fuck especially at the fact that you can still use it even if you're dead.
-Alister changes is weird.
-I'm gonna spend some time adjusting to the support items

-Assassin update might be a mistake, but at least I like the new Kat. Rip LeBLINK though, she won't be missed.
