Rush is probably the best overall. Decent damage, homing, and stunlocks.
Homing is fun for shenanigans like that webm, but otherwise is pretty weak.
Paralyze doesn't really last long enough to be worth much, might as well be using Saturday Crash.
Bomb and Power are fucking jokes.

I'm going to suggest Big Bang Kamehameha as well. It takes longer to charge but does as much damage as a standard ultimate. It also absorbs ki blasts as it's being charged and is multi-hit, so if they block it'll do some good stamina reduction at least.

now if only there was a way for me to work around the whole using my same CaC from XV1 as the hero for XV2 while also using him again as my XV2 CaC.

I pretty much made the headcanon that the XV2 hero is the same person as the XV1 hero but in the future, though idk if that would work or if there'd be a way to tell the story in a way that it works.

I'm trying to figure this out because I want to make another cutscene movie like I did for XV1 that I uploaded to my YouTube channel. I think it'd be fun to do again especially now that I'm using mods like that cool Dragonball music mod and such.

Yeah Warp BBK and Warp x10 Kame are great but their charge times make them hard to use if you've got attention on you. Warp Explosion charges quicker and deals all its damage in one burst making it an ideal punisher for people charging up, whiffed moves or far away stam broken opponents.

I'm using Android 18's Soul for Ki regen at the moment, but it's Power. Android 17's Soul also Ki regens and is Rush, but whilst 18's gives a buff to basic attack on full Ki, 17's gives a buff to Ki blasts on full stamina (which isn't a state I'm often in).
I've not actually used the other Ki blast types as of yet, is the difference that big that I should just go with 17's for the Rush?

This is one of the many reasons I think it would be in Dimps's best interests if they just had all assets for original characters up for grabs for customization. Even down to the basic attacks. Having such a thing would open the flood gates for customization and it would be much easier than compensating with all new content. Want a swordsman?

Equip the Future Trunks moveset thingamajingy and there you go.

Need to add more customization possibilities for Xenoverse 3. No sweat, just actually give us access to all the assets we've been forced to only look at for 2 games. Someone wants to make a alien/demon dude outside of the 5 given races (Because we know they'll never add more)? Improvise with a Namekian/Majin and pick an alternate basic movesets to make it more genuine.

Doing that and allowing us to alter ki/aura colors would pretty much satisfy the vast majority's hunger for Fashion Ball. Oh, and proper Sayain tails and SSJ transformation aesthetics.

Potential Unleashed is your best bet all around. You get it from Z-Ranking all of the Advancement Tests with the Robot at the School. It has the best Ki generation while also being very balanced in all stats by comparison.

If you aren't worried about Ki generation then Super Vegeta 2 is your best bet, you get it from Vegeta at Capsule Corpse at Lv. 60.

SSJ3 is mainly meant for Strikers.

Future SSJ is like Potential Unleashed, its balanced, only goes up to SSJ1 though, but has good Ki generation.

Super Saiyan 1-3 is for Strikers mostly. SSj2 and 3 cripple your Ki gains, though, so do not stick with them unless you don't think you can gain enough ki to retransform back efficiently.
Super Vegeta is for Ki Blast, but SSj2 also hinders your ki gains.
Future Super Saiyan only has one form based off of the normal Super Saiyan 1, but has increased ki gains, making it not as powerful but simultaneously efficient in its own right, trading off higher power for more stability.

If you're paranoid about a ban, buy everything you want/need and then uninstall the mod. There doesn't seem to be any bannings, just like in XV1, unless you tweak character stats so they don't line up with the server. If I could animate, I would totally draw key moments of my character's headcanon and use Cooler's Revenge's OST, I fucking love that movie even to this day, Cooler Fifth Form is honestly probably my favorite design and character (for what little we got) in the entirety of Dragon Ball. It's not that hard. Just put the bin files in your bin folder, and have the XV2 patcher folder in the game directory. You don't need to unpack shit from the .cpk, that's just for knowing where files go. Make a data folder, put mods in there in their corresponding location.

To promote diversity and new blood in the cameos you could make the PQ system similar to how things happen in the Monster Hunter manga/games do it where one person signs up for a quest and other interested people apply to join the group as a temporary party. Have Stopwatches interactions with them go for a comic or two until the mission ends, Maybe a third comic for the Ultimate Finish scenes. Previous party members can exist in backgrounds until you feel like bringing them back for another quest.

I used to originally think that the earrings was the weaker one and the dancer the strong, because Gotenks (Trunks), Vegito (Vegeta), Gogeta (Goku), but Kibito Kai kind of ruins that since he used the Earrings, but Kai is stronger, but he takes more of Kibito's things.

I think its more it just mixes the two best it can, like the earrings and dance each take certain traits from each side and fuse them, while the other one just does the opposite.

So like I imagine if Black Zamasu had danced, he might have white skin, pink hair Zamasu hair, Zamasu height, etc. Instead of sort of being Black with a Kai outfit with White hair and green skin.

I thought of making a Zamasu Fusion myself, but going with my normal hair but white, green skin, kai outfit, whereas the earring version (since no accessory for that) would be Zamasu hair, but black, her outfit, and white skin.
