Sombra is a Tracer+ tier flanker (with Tracer's missing vertical mobility) who can dish out damage at range. It's not McCree potential (although it does shred shields better than McCree), but it's a major factor in how overbuilt she is. She can dive deep in an instant, have an awesome ult, hack utility, and sit back and just put out bullets all in one hero.

No point trying to be a good guy and picking tank/support if your dps sucks. Just pick DPS, you should be able to make a difference if you really feel you're below your skill level(which might be true, placements are heavily skewed by your first season rank, if you improved you're screwed)

1 healer/3 dps will work. Bastion will sometimes work. Torbjorn will often work. If you get tilted and throw because someone picked what you perceive as sub-optimal pick, you're the bigger problem.

I understand what they were thinking. They wanted to add mini-objectives to the game, to add some variety to the deathblob gameplay, like DOTA or LOL. Capturing a health pack gives your team a massive healing advantage and allows for flankers to constantly harass and keep their health topped up.

I play pharah up to ~3400 until it gets messy

Playing Pharah on PTR makes it painfully obvious it's an overall nerf. That first near-hit is now 30-58 damage scratch that either barely moves them or doesn't move them at all. 2 meters away from impact point knockback is now less than 1/3rd of what it used to be.

Pharah main here, I still think she recieved an overall buff due to the increase in her hovering, she has so much more mobility now it is insane, spacebar is like a spare shift now, one that Sombra can't get rid of. And she has a new form of horizontal mobility too that you genuinely can dodge with, as well as being able to escape so much more quickly and get oer and around more buildings.
