Anything above 50% is good. Not that it really matters in QP since there are a lot of variables to account for that wouldn't occur in comp.

Remember when everyone was whining about how Sombra is OP and will literally ruin the game?
I'm laughing at these fucking retards now. She's not OP in the least. When she's cloaking if she's shot the cloaking will stop. When she's hacking if she's shot the hacking will stop. Her hack is on a really long cool down so at most she's going to hack one person every fight. Hacking health packs is pretty strong, but as long as there's only one Sombra on a team it's not like she'll be able to hack the entire map, and if she keeps hacking health packs she wont be able to hack any players. She's slow, and her extra speed while invis isn't really giving her any huge advantage, it's basically just S76 sprint, except limited.

There is not a single thing OP about her.
