I recently got a R4 flash card for my DSlite and I wanted to try some ROM Hacks, but the console can't seem to be able to read ROM Hacks, along with DSi Enhanced games, like Pokemon BW/BW2.
Are ROM Hacks not playable on flash cards? Is it because I use a DSlite instead of a DSi console? Or do I need a newer flash card?

Maybe you don't have it in your title keys. In freeShop tap the gear icon and navigate to the Update tab. In there, there should be an option for "Auto-update title keys from URL", check that box and in the text box enter the URL https://3ds.titlekeys.com/downloadenc. Now everytime you open freeShop it will auto download the latest title keys for you. After that restart freeShop and tap the gear icon again then in in the Filter tap under Region check off Japan then search for the game you want. If you don't find it like that, use a search engine to find the Japanese .cia file.
