Nor does the "compulsory" buy thing matter. Almost all of the Jewels players get go into draws anyway. It's not possible to distibguish "compulsory" draws from otherwise.

It's likely the slot you have them on instead of the medal itself. With enemies over level like 190 the slot multiplier becomes more and more important due to the insane amount of defense enemies will have.

Best initial slots would be iKairi into Jack&Sally. As for the third and fourth slot, HD Axel will probably be the best option for the third slot slot while iXion can fill the fourth slot. Of course three of the four medal I just stated are Premiums and the last one might as well be considering how competitive that HSC was, so enjoy trying to make this Keyblade work.

I use this set up for every single MoG Quest. Anti Form is there just the for the Target for the Dew Drops Quest to dispel the S Atk Up+3 that it starts with. For Seeds, Leaves, and Blossoms I swap it out for a DBII Minnie for more proc chance against the 255 Copter that can spawn in those quests since it can oneshot me if DBII doesn't proc twice during its attack.
