Depends on how long you or they are going to play it. Bandai is notorious for never letting their Season Passes go on sale. Instead they let the bundle go on sale and keep the Season Pass at full price. It's why it took me so long to get the Season Pass in XV1. After testing out the damage numbers, with a Super Soul that has -5 in basic attacks, you lose about 200-300 damage per combo. This is jack shit and not worth sacrificing your Ki. Trust me, I know. If you can't get a QQBang with a 0 Ki modifier, and 5 on your health/basics go with

I suggest doing the "Daddy, Don't Die" mission. It gives you Broly's clothes when you defeat him and when you win with the Ultimate finish.

Combine those with Beeru's clothes.

It is very interesting. The combinations you get from it are incredibly varied.

Piss easy to test to. Just equip Body Change on your CaC of choice, turn off Character Recovery and then beat on them with anyone you want. I was using Black just because his HHHHHH is a ground pound. Real easy to loop into itself when they can't recover.

Sorry for the late response.
Keep in mind Humans were really broken in the first game, and combined with a few especific Souls they were murder machines, but really fun for a punching shit build.
Since the Super Saiyan spam was nerfed for being broken too, it was obvious they had to do something with Humans, after all they have access to Potential Unleashed and it's basically white Super Saiyan.
But, yeah, I also think the nerf hammer hit them maybe a bit too hard.

Flash Strike is fantastic as a combo ender now, it does decent damage and is near enough unmissable after a knockback combo.

I'm not even playing a properly optimised build and it does great damage.

Long range attacks will trigger it, but the counter beam itself is kinda on the short side so if they are too far away it will whiff.

You CAN however use it to negate an opponents ultimate or super. I used it one match to deflect another dudes final flash and got away unscathed. It also doesn't use Ki if they don't trigger it, so you won't waste 3 bars due to a bad read. Don't know if it's as effective against other longer ultimates, haven't tested it extensively.

Speed is useless, your character should always be the tallest for extra health.

Choose a weight class to reflect your primary attack stat

Put 42 in ki and stamina no matter what

Wear a QQbang with ki and stamina maxed, the third stat is your choice

All extra points should be put into whatever attack stat you're focusing on and health.

The only reason you wouldn't do this is if you're going for a gimmick build.

I try to find the most broken and most easily abused shit that I can and go with that. Meta doesn't matter to me. If it becomes the meta, then so be it. I do what I find is most effective for me.
