I know of nobody specialized in HESH nor any reports about how well it even does. However I have M43 and have just gotten pic related.

Nobody has HESH on the English version because it was complete trash for so long and our different tank release schedule.

RP - Was OP as fuck, nerfed into the ground, now buffed to decent
AP/HE - Decent, buffed multiple times until it was all around strong. The most (second most) common ammo, so you have no end of tanks that use it.
APDS/AT - was beyond shit, buffed until now where it is OP as hell. Tank selection was garbage but now is decent
HESH - Got to get massively buffed into FoTM status on CN. Rare ammo type that only a few tanks use so it's more commonly something to switch to once you have your mains at 40+.
APCR is used as the only ammo on certain tank options. It's strong but most people only take it if they are going to go all the way with those lines.

It's not a flat 10%, though. It's a proc that increase 10% for every pincer Bahl is a part of. The buff lasts for two turns, in other words it lasts until the end of your next turn. So if you do one pinser per turn she'll have a 20% attack buff, and if you do two per turn, which is normal when fighting a 2x2 sized boss, she'll have +40% attack. This increase also stacks with the damage x1.5 buff, which further increases her damage. That makes her +10% attack proc much more valuable than a single 1x damage Mega Sword.

It's a low maintenance game that goes on for a long time.

There's a decent sense of progression through the normal story until you get to the last 25%(volumes 18-24) where unless you buckle down and focus, you may got walled a bit.

Actually beating the last volume 24 and unlocking the post game takes around 3-5 months. Some variance if you're speedy or not and know what to do for progression.

The post game is where things slow down extremely, but it's also when you unlock the completely skip missions function that improves the further you get into the post game. There's already a skip battles function unlocked for S ranking a mission, but the post game feature just skips entire series of missions in a row so you can complete daily stuff in less than a minute.

The most rewarding aspect is crafting a high end metal maiden. There is 0% RNG involved and you can craft every tank in the game including past event tanks.

Another thing is that there's no dupes and no tank limit so a full collection is theoretically possible. I'm currently 216 tanks out of 257 I think playing since release. If you enjoy collecting, Panzer Waltz feels much more rewarding than the other KanColle knockoffs in that department.

Also, you can fate pin(the game's marriage) any tank which lets them become highest rarity and maxes out their level cap. So you can potentially waifu a low rarity beginning tank if you please, but still take them to end game.

Panzerwaltz is more overwhelming to me since the pace and tank progression is so long. It's a fun game but I'd kill for another event like the Monte Carlo where I could farm as much as I want, went from purple n2s to almost n5s on progression.
GBF may seem overwhelming because you don't necessarily get to dictate progression, you csn play 4 times as much as the next guy but he'll get 4 times the drops smd do more damage and higher difficulty stuff then you. Both are excellent time sinks and you really feel in both the reward of your time spent.

There's not much more setup, just more nuance to the setup. That's the nature of KanColle clones. Not much control in the actual battles, just your party composition.

There's a basic 2xTank/3xDPS/1xScout party composition generally, but then late game terrain penalties become excessively important and you get demolished by enemy 6 LAV parties when you were fine clearing just the previous mission.

The terrain penalties(they're like 30%) can be brute forced to a certain point, but you'll find you need specific tanks for each terrain. Which isn't that bad since one can collect every tank.

In the post game, I find I can take like half an hour pondering and trying out raid mission compositions(there's an option to simulate the battle which is practically free) to see what gets me closer to a better rank. Though I also find myself lost just staring at the R&D page pondering who I should craft next.

Raids give you about 35 + 10 of two mats per day. It's a slight help but it doesn't change much. By that point your tech is already costing 500+ a pop.

One downside with fairy is that special charge gets boosted either by getting hit or by getting a kill. Which means that when Heim is taking hits he can get his shield out faster, whereas Fairy would primarily do so by scoring a killing blow - something she seems less inclined to do over real damage characters. Anyone that shits out lightning elemental damage. This causes it to go into repair mode. Have had pretty good success with Walter and Detective Tsukimi, but characters like Detective Nemo doesn't seem to do enough elemental damage.

Chaguma Tsukimi basically needed to stand next to it to destroy it when it first showed up as a boss, but she doesn't seem to do enough damage now.

BGHS mechanic question. With both Flora Shiho and Revival Kanon it seems better to have Kanon as a sub onto Shiho due to her higher hp stat and passive that synergizes better with Kanon's skill. Is my reasoning sound or am I overlooking something?

If you're using a skill based on HP, you'll want to use friendship passives that boost HP. If not that then damage or attack%. I'm not looking up what those cards did for passives because I'll get upset again, but main whoever you think will work better for what you're doing. Or who you find cuter, try-hardery barely matters outside of tests. You'll probably limit break Revival Kanon first though, so she'll have higher stats than Flora Shiho until you limit break her or find a better main blade cannon.

You can use any card as a sub. The main will get 25% of the stats and access to the skill if it uses the same weapon.

Flora Shiho boosts combo damage by 30% and damage by 10% when hp is over 75%. The idea is use Shiho's skill to buff damage to weak/resistant enemies, then use Kanon's hp nuke to do damage. Shiho has more hp than Kanon and could eek out another multi. And she's cuter.

He's a weaker version of Bahamut or Leviathan. The benefit is that he has shadowbind, which you'll need later when you get to Metal Zone 6, and you can get him to 100 luck once you clear out the luck coin pact. Given that you're on chapter 16, he's currently not worth using at all because you're probably not going to have the job unlock mats yet and he doesn't have any attack skills on his first job. Bench him for now until you can unlock his other two jobs, and even then you still won't want to waste a lot of experience on him because clearing out the SB and luck coin pacts will give you a free ride to 90. I want to believe this is the reason I got 0 5* all the way to the gacha mileage that gives a 5* ticket. Over 200 rolls and nothing is pretty disappointing to say the least. I don't think Korea has laws though for this shit since I remember DMT having really low rates too. Korean companies get away with it with customers though usually because they give away a shit ton of free draws anyway and can use that as an excuse. I remember logging into DMT Korea like bi-weekly and playing casually and finding 20-40 draw tickets in my mail. Never got shit but theg give quantity.

The launch event gave a shit ton of crystals for that first 7 days thing. Friend got as many rolls as I did so it's possible. I beat every stage / difficulty out and did every achieve on the event but the leveling of 3*s because that's a waste of time.

Yeah, gave me enough for the mileage if you do them all. Pic related is a few days ago, already reset it with my 5* ticket and got a dumpster 5*. Suprising or not from my picture it took another 8 ish rolls fot it to fill up. And the meter doesnt count 4-5*, only 3* fill up the meter. Only 5* I own is from the ticket.
