No, vanish step is doing that plus hitting the jump button. This takes no stamina to use.
then there's the other vanish which is done by hitting jump while being hit. This takes 2 bars of stamina.
There's also a third vanish which uses 1 bar of stamina, this done by hitting the jump button either in the middle of your combo or after knocking an opponent away. This will make you appear behind them during a combo, or in front of them if they were knocked away.

Personally, I think this system is better than XV1's. You need to actually prepare a time for your Ults rather than just let them loose whenever. I do wish some of the Ults didn't have such ridiculous start-ups, though. There also needs to be more striker Ults. I went through the list and there's only like 13 or 14 strikes compared to goddamn 60 ki blasts.

Haven't done PvP much at all. But on my striker/ki hybrid character, I have Ginyu Force Special Combo for style and the guard break combo, Super God Fist or Orin Combo for quick strike damage, Kaioken Kamehameha for quick and damaging beam special, and Rise to Action to restore stamina.

I was able to get away without Rise to Action in XV1, but nowadays I find that fighting the AI in high-end XV2 Parallel Quests without Rise to Action is just too painful.

I'm almost done with the prototype version for the stat calculator, but I have a few questions before finishing up.

1) Does weight affect only ki/strike supers, or also regular melee attacks and ki blasts? I think heavy characters get a bonus to all default attacks (both melee and ki), is that correct?

2) What are the base HP, Ki and Stamina values (level 80, no equipment used or points spent) for each race? I assume Ki and Stamina are the same for everyone, but I don't know what the base value is. I don't know about HP at all.

- Upwards of 2 or 3 equippable accessories
- Hairstyles having set base changes when going SSJ (short would be similar to Trunks/F. Gohan, Longer would be more similar to SSJ3 perhaps)
- Kid Buu Purification carries over Clothes and Hairstyles
- All clothes are able to have their colors changed
- SSJB and SSJG (works the same as SSJ3 but just for a cosmetic difference)
