It bugs me that CaCs don't share most progress like unlocked characters for PQs.

What was wrong with the Xenoverse 1 style? If you wanted you could go to time nest and do the story missions even if it was considered "completed" on new characters. Actually in XV2 every subarea with quests gives you the option of replaying already completed ones so it would make sense that new characters shared your old progress.

I've been using "Hm Hmm Hmm! Hm Hmm Hmm!" for Expert Quests and raids. That extra HP regen can mean the difference between life and death.

Other than that, I use "Just win, Okay?" for the extra Ki on hit for the damage boost for Earthlings at 100% Ki and so I can cycle into Unleashed Potential quicker. I also use "I've Waited for This Fight..." for the constant melee damage reduction.

"I'll never forgive you, scum!" sounds pretty nifty if you get guard broken a lot.

The base Ki stat is good. Ki supers are not. The maximum increase you'll get from strikes and ki super/ults is 15%. It's just not worth it.

Stamina is a stat you want to keep at around 5 bars total. Unless you're a FemBuu or you really don't think you'll ever be hit. Else you'll die to a single stamina breaker against anyone who knows what they're doing.

Basic Attacks are something everyone has to use in this game so buffing them to 125 is always a good idea. Health is self explanatory.

Basically, there's a lot of points you have to work with and not many places to put them.

No it isn't. If you keep a single bar of your stamina open, you won't have a 'major' stamina break and your bar will refill faster. Unless you're a fembuu, keeping your stamina bar low is the best way to get out of break combos and not die in that single shot. The reason you're dying when you get broken, or killing, is because every single person in the game is maxing their stamina and giving the opponent 15 seconds of playtime to murder them. Putting it at 5 bars gives them 6 seconds. 4 if you have a bar when they break you.

I have my stamina maxed because I'm a FemBuu and I've seen what the time it takes to fill up with them and I'm okay with that. But I also have a Saiyan and I've seen how long it takes to fill up.

If you get stamina broken, and they go right into an ult, you're not going to die unless you're already pretty damn hurt. If they do damage before going into the ult, you're going to be able to get out of it.

Generic Saiyan.
He's a bit of an old guy, though. Old enough that he fought in the Saiyan-Tuffle war under King Vegeta. Cut his beard to look like the king out of admiration.
He was, however, in favor of being annexed by Frieza. He saw it as a good "business opportunity" to get the means to attack other planets and fight new enemies. He would have died in Frieza's attack on Planet Vegeta, but the Time Patrol, after seeing Goku and Vegeta's power, decided they could use a few potentially powerful allies who wouldn't alter history if they were plucked from the timeline. He's one of likely many Saiyans brought into the TP from Vegeta's destruction.

He's something of a racist. Out of all the mortal races, the only one he has any real concern for is the Saiyans. Everyone else is just kindling for the fire of the Saiyan race in his opinion. Doesn't mean he won't spar with them or learn a new technique or two from them, however.

He still wears his armor because he's pretty attached to it. That, and the Time Patrol armor is snug in all the wrong places.

A Namekian that joined the Time Patrol in order to get stronger and secretly change the flow of time and stop Frieza from committing the atrocities he did on Namek. He initially resented my XV1 character for being a freezypop but as the story went he slowly but surely gained respect and even admiration for him, now wanting to get stronger so he can protect time as well as he did back in XV1.

Since the fight between him and the XV1 CaC that Goku wanted to see didn't actually happen, in my mind he's still canonically weaker than my XV1 CaC, and is working hard to maybe get on his level one day.
