Pharah will be moved to literally the bottom tier. There will be some experiements with Lucio being swapped for Zenyatta and Mercy, but people at higher levels will always go back to the speed boost, except on KOTH where they like Zenyatta. Zarya will suffer a great fall. D.Va will see an uptick and then people will realize that her flaws run much deeper than just Zarya and will go away. People will begin to question why you would ever pick Tracer instead of Sombra, and Reaper disappears with Beyblade. Reinhardt and Mei area lockdowns will be uses instead of Zarya's Graviton surge, and Genji will be priority nanoboost target for team wipes. Torbjorn and Soldier:76 and Widowmaker buffs will be swallowed in the sea of Sombra-Ana-Tank centered play and won't make a difference.

During her 6 second cooldown for camo, a damage-dealer would have to be quick. You get the feeling they will up the cooldown time for her Camo ability, eventually. At least when Reaper goes into Wraith form, you can see where he's going. But when you can't see where Sombra's going, 6-second cooldown seems waaaaay too short for a cooldown time.

It's funny, Reaper's and Sombra's abilities are a lot alike, but they're almost switched

Reaper's teleport is his movement ability. It's easily punished if you use it in the middle of a fight, but it's super useful for getting around and flanking

Reaper's Wraith form is his panic button. He's invulnerable during it, but people can see him, so he can just drift away or towards a health pack/soul

Sombra's teleport, on the other hand, is her escape button. It's fast, but it's tethered to her translocator, which gets set on a timer

Sombra's ghosting, though, is how she gets around to flank, like Reaper's teleport. If you pop it in the middle of combat, they'll just spray and pull you out. They can't see you, but you're very vulnerable during it

There's a neat dichotomy between the two. I like it

If I'm hacking Reinhardt and his shield clips through my hack before it finishes does it get canceled?

I also don't think she is as strong as ppl think she will be.

1. Her ult will charge slowly. She won't be doing accurate S76 headshots. She needs to get behind them and do damage but it's not a constant battle like tracer can do. Sombra goes in then runs or ports away. Waits for cool down then goes in again. She's annoying like Tracer but doesn't deal the dmg or threaten fast charging pulse bomb ult.

2. To get something out of her you need to use her kit. All of it. And that's a lot of micromanaging that doesn't work in the dive happy meta.

3. She will be the new Symmetra torb widow Hanzo hated hero. OMG you're so useless Sombra. Nobody cares you hacked Reinhardt. Stop hacking that health pack and do some dmg.

4. Her ult will be very situational and require coordition. Randoms don't know the meaning.

1. Her ult charges very fast. I was timing her passive ult charge, and it was 1%/2 seconds. Current passive gain is 5 charge/second, so her total ult cost is 1000. Her damage is very very consistent compared to Tracer's. Any time Tracer fails to kill someone with one clip and reloads, her DPS drops from 240 to 120. Sombra can keep up 160 DPS for 3 seconds, enough to kill 2 heroes.

2. Throwing her translocator on a hacked health pack gives her Tracer's recall on a 6 second cooldown. She can approach better than Tracer because Stealth > Blink.

3. Hacking health packs on KOTH maps will be game changing. You'll be able to win contested points because you can continuously burst heal near middle areas of the map and the enemy can't.

4. It's not hard to tell your Rein or Zarya to ult after you ult first and destroy all their shields.

Sombra looks fun as fuck, and I want to play her, but she's going to get some HARD nerfs on cooldown and/or mechanics.
