Hey guys, just a heads up:

I reuploaded V9 of the pack, I already updated the link in my pastebin.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO REINSTALL IT.
The only things I changed are a mistake I made in the catalogue, and a wront entry in the PDF. That's it.

I could have just fixed it for V10 but it was bothering my autism too much.

Also just a warning. I haven't been able to lurk here often, much less make flags. This month will be hell for me so don't expect me to come as often until December. I'm really sorry to those who requested flags and I failed to deliver yet, specially the Madagascar ones. I'll make sure to deliver when I come back.

You can't do it purposefully without just saving and reloading, there's the "the slavery debate" event which usually fires in the first couple months of the game that locks you into the civil war by not allowing you to outlaw slavery. If you save and load to put off getting that event (or you know, just get extremely lucky), you can outlaw slavery in the 40s and prevent the civil war from happening.

Jokes apart, begin on the easiest difficulty with some very forgiving country as France, England or Castile. I recommend the later two, since France is too easy even if you're a complete newbie.

Have in mind some things:
1. Overextension over 100% is BAD. Avoid it.
2. Prioritize the usage of mana (monarch points), but do use them before they reach the cap.
3. Hover the mouse over features and you'll get tooltips. Those are great to understand more.

Is there a reason to build marketplaces in EU4 outside of your trade capital and the centres you are steering in? I'm still trying to properly understand how the trade system works and if I'm getting it right all centres that are not your capital/don't have a merchant steering in them do absolutely nothing for you trade-wise. Is there a reason to want high trade power in them?

Normally the AOG if it remains with Germany becomes a nationalist puppet-state of Germany sometime in the late 40's or 50's. Because Japan stole that tag though (the green chinese puppet above you), reforming is probably unlikely unless it's into the actual Republic of China (the pale blue colored country). There IS a cut-off though, so if you went full reich with racial policies than you're in for nothing but boredom.
