I had a small rant about it in the last thread. It honestly does pretty average damage for an ult, and again, costs 400 ki. It also has a fairly slow startup with NO SUPER ARMOR.
It makes up for this by hitting an absolutely massive area around you, making it damn near impossible to dodge.

Shame that the SSJ3 hair clips through that shoulderpad, though. At least it's only a minor gripe for me; I'm not about to get rid of it any time soon.

The ult is just too good. It has damage comparable to Final Flash, you can control where your CaC teleports to, and when you do, all enemies' lock-on is forcibly removed from you, so it's a great move to escape the aggro of particularly savage AI, like that of Final Form Cooler. Also it makes for good screenshots.

In XV1 I made a Chilly Willy. Made a female Saiyan after that because I felt they were under-represented in Dragon Ball as a whole and thought the idea of a female monkey was cool, decided to recreate her as the XV2 character.

Really the only reason, just thought female monkeys were neat. Didn't really think that many people would be playing female Saiyans in XV over male ones, considering childhood fantasies and female Majin. Figured everyone just went for those typically.

it heals allies who stand in the circle, it was usful back in xeno 1 because it healed those NPCs you couldn't heal during escort PQs, i haven't tried it in 2 yet

One thing I really really love that XV2 fixed was end game bosses or high difficulty PQ enemies having insane super armor when fighting them. It practically encouraged super saiyan ult spam while they focused on someone else in the fight.
