I really hate this ranked format for card games. Because wins counts as much as losses you just get fucked so hard by poor match-ups and bad luck and the whole thing just turns into this massive grind. It's less a testament of skill and more just the time you're willing to put in. If you have a bad day suddenly you're 700 points off where you were before and none of it was your fault. It fucking sucks.

I think Control Sword does better against Tempo Forest and Heal Haven while maintaining a similar matchup against Storm.
It's just a matter if you're more scared of Tempo Forest or PtP Forest/Dshift at high ranks honestly when you're picking between the two. I do agree that it might be better just to build a different deck so you have a wider variety of options since CSword is so expensive you could probably build 2 other decks for the same price.

Well it wasn't as life threatening in everyday use just slightly annoying. Not many games require you to hold down the button and drag something. Even shooters worked fined even though sometimes the weapons won't go full auto.

Note: while you have to win on average 2.5 games to break even on arena, keep in mind that you earn no additional rewards if you're just at this 50% winrate marker.
There's the "score rewards" you get from ranked that have some low-hanging fruit there. You'll want to make sure you play at least a minimal amount of ranked, at least 6K points worth in the month to get the most value/effort out of it. You don't earn any score when you play arena.
If you're looking to get vials quickly and still have your low-level score rewards available, consider just blitzing through ranked with a fast playing deck for a time.
That said you've gotta git gud at some point. Arena experience has real value, and only improves with practice, which you pass up when you simply buy packs.
