You download the tools from the mod site, and then just install the bin and patcher folders. The bin folder has the patcher .dll files that are what'll run the mod files.
The actual pack/unpack tools for the .cpk files are mostly to know what the filepaths are and for if you want to mod yourself. Once that's all set in, you make a data folder with correct filepaths and put mods in there.

Someone please explain to me how the fuck the blue twister shit in Expert Missions, particularly Extreme Malice is supposed to be avoided?

Even if you use evasive skills to get out of the way, it still tracks you across the screen, and even if you block after that you still take damage.

I can't find a single situation where you don't take damage of some form, its ridiculous. Let alone the fact that you have to fight, Broly, Omega Shenron, Kid Buu, Golden Frieza, Janemba, and then Majin Vegeta, Towa, and someone else I'm not remembering off the top of my head in 10 minutes, when Kid Buu and Golden Frieza will almost always use Gigantic Ki Blast likely twice and spend half the time doing that teleport move all over the place where they can't be hit. Hell I've even noticed instances of them automatically going from half Ki and no stamina back to full in an instance.

The fuck are you supposed to do with this mission? You will take damage no matter what, the timeline is too strict with all the shit you have to fight, Die Die Missile Barrage only works for so long, and even using skills that allow you to regen HP still causes the time limit to be a massive problem.

I just don't fucking understand this mission at all, and its even worse online it seems like.

Tried it, the thing just auto tracks upwards towards me and you only have so much room to fly. I've never been able to escape at least one hit from it while flying. So far the best thing has been to use superguard on the stupid thing I've noticed.

Its still a mess of a mission either way, I want to know who thought it was a good idea to throw that much shit into one mission. Then again with shit like PQ 100 too, I'm not surprised.

I have not, tried to get Kai Kai earlier, just to see if that might help, but it didn't.

The sad thing is, I almost completed it the first time I did it, unfortunately I ended with Majin Vegeta kicking my ass into the dirt. Since then, I can't even get by Golden Frieza who just won't chill the hell out.

The time limit and that attack are by far the worst parts of the entire thing. If it was the standard 15 min, it probably wouldn't be as much of annoyance, you could still be cutting it close either way considering how much health they all have.

yeah, I got lucky in several ways and managed to beat it on my first try, but had only seconds left on the clock and was one hit away from losing via party wipe

my main advice for all expert missions that aren't grapes is to bring god of destruction's anger. it penetrates their sonic sway and stamina breaks them so you kill much faster.
if the health regen souls aren't doing it for you, try bringing 'I hope you'll be reborn someday' super soul, which will refill your ki to full every time you land the final blow on someone which can save you precious seconds otherwise spent charging

And it's true. Basic attacks are pretty important to have somewhat high because of how often you'll used them but I just recently respecced from 100 to 125 and only got an 80 point increase on my light string, but that's because damage scaling is a bitch on that light string.
