I recommend a couple of Skill Delay Resists because her shield will make the elemental resists really redundant. Attack latents on Vishnu is a pretty good idea but if you're low on MP you can hold off on that.

I was going more along the lines of using her as an inherit along somebody who is naturally bind immune like Parvati.

Parv will become pretty much the best blind clearer when her rebirth comes along as she gets the bind clear awakening and her default AS is on a really low timer, making her great for inherits.
